😂how do you do all the different voices? Looks like you got a rope bridge in the end....nice😊 For the folks that dont know a thunderflash is a pyrotechnic device that produces a flash and loud bang, being a cardboard tube which you initiate by striking the end like a match and quickly throwing to simulate the use of a grenade during field training exercises, palitoy aptly named the mission, another great example how they added such realistic details back then Looking forward to the next vid😅😮😂
Nice one Will thank you again for the info love your knowledge The voices are all me talking into the computer then voice character changing in capcut photo editing. yeah with all the bits and bob's from the haul I have manage to put a complete set together compass and radio. very nice. thanks again Chris
Hi Chris, what brilliant catalog. Makes me want all of them. Crazy how the similar figures have their scuttle differences. Love it man. Thank for sharing and keep up the great content buddy. 👍🏻
Hey Chris Gi Joe Eddie here awesome video brother God bless you and your family your book let's are awesome i really appreciate and enjoy your time for sharing this awesome video with me and the rest of the people i truly appreciate and enjoy your video brother God bless can't wait to see what you come up with my friend Gi Joe Eddie over and out 😁🍻🤜🤛👍👍👍😮🤔🤔🤯
Nice to see the differences, on the motor bikes an side cars the action man versions have it on the left on green one and right on the afrika sand coloured ones in the picture your showing they are both on same side of the bike, the other two bikes i think have different rear ends around the chain and wheels Indian stuff was sold here but in smaller numbers, scout cowboy (redcheckered shirt), Indian brave and upgrade kit to indian chief, an the cavalry trooper, the brown horse you could get boxed action man with indian and cavalry artwork on the front, we did not get the davy Crockett figure with the beaver hat or the sheriff figure with the yellow shirt and sheriff's badge, they sold a geyper boxed outfit version of the indian brave with a spear, also teepee, canoes, and a few more accessories packs, i have the indian packs, bow n arrows etc, i imagine these breaking in first five mins of play back in the day, cant remember if action man indian brave version came with a belt but mine have them😮
Thank you so much Will for the info appreciate your knowledge of the whole genre of action man GI Joe and Geyperman where does it end? thanks again Chris.
@@diecastattic126😆🤣im still learning as i go along,, aint we all?😁 i think that's the best approach to life, im learning new things with your awesome content in your vids you kindly share👍
😮 good morning brother amazing video love those action man boxes God bless you and your family can't wait to see what happens next God bless Gi Joe Eddie over and out 😎👍👍
Neat likkle things aint they, im amazed how simple they come on sprues, yet how complex and simple at the same time to build, and awesome articulation.....what a neat likkle thing you've shown us😂 reminds me of the old micronauts but a newer kinda thing, do they have any vehicles or other tings?
Well that sucks, nothing like the originals. At least the repair was straightforward. I’m still going to get one for my collection. Great vid! Thanks for sharing Chris. 👍🏻
still an amazing figure, easy fix for most collectors and if people didn't known how to fix their figure, They do now. think every collector should have one. cheers Chris
Its the same way to attach the hands on the dynamic physique bodies. Right palava getting the forearm off or shins, same crack. I got a few geypermen. One original, think the other 2 are newer repros. They are nice and least you got him sorted👍😎
Variety is the spice of life, tbh i like to leave my figures with their playworn look as they come, gives them their own identity kinda ting, unless they really badly damaged then its repair or custom, Thanks for sharing the fix now we knows😂
@@williamruddlesdin5296 yeah good as new. But it shouldn’t happen to a new old figure But on the positive side, I now know how to fix an arm that has become unattached
I have had a few of the new Geyperman bodies have that same problem. I think it is caused by the forearm not being pressed all the way back to the elbow when the part is assembled. The hand is held in by friction, so it passes quality inspection, but comes apart during play/posing. It took me a while to figure out that the hand had to come out to get it fixed, but once you get that "click" when you put it back together, it tends to stay fixed.
@@andy-in-indy that’s good to hear Andy he looks like he will be all good now. But it’s not good a figure falling apart as early as that. Thanks for the information Chris
Hi Chris, just got back home from the Hot Wheels Convention. I Had fun. This figure is pretty good and something I would like to acquire for my collection too. At least one Geyper Man would be great, just like Falcon and Captain Cosmos to be added. Keep up the great content Chris. 👍🏻
Welcome back mate. hope you got some nice video from the Hot Wheels show and I'll bet you picked something good for us all to enjoy in new upcoming channel content Yeah lovely figure and hope to get somer other ones from other countries for the collection thanks Chris
Is the figure a reproduction or just mint old stock? I have one Geyper Man in my collection and I always wondered why they didn't have Eagle Eyes. Perhaps a licensing issue? I'd love to know, please!
It's a reissued figure original Molds from the GI Joe range, but they were produced in 2016 I believe with all original geyper man outfits very nice figures. the Eagle-Eye head mold with fixed eyes was released in Spain only. This was the transitional model and was available from 1978 to 1980, with flocked hair and no beard, and the colour of the skin is lighter than the model of second wave 1980-1982, which was darker and came with both beard and no beard, and a body that didn't have the inscriptions Geyper (made in Spain), this was the molds use for the reissued figures. so I think it was just down to keeping the figure cost low as the older body types became obsolete and they had no choice, but to move with the times Thanks Chris
Hey Chris happy birthday 🎂🎈🎂 my friend beautiful figure they are just amazing God bless you and your family hope all is well keep up those amazing videos brother my bell is on waiting for your awesome videos 😁 God bless Gi Joe Eddie over and out 😎👍👍
@@diecastattic126I talked to my buddy today and he sold me two figures yesterday for $ 35.00 bucks two sea adventurers they were amazing and very well took care of they're wasn't played with much I just wanted to share with you I will try to send you some pictures lol God bless
Very very kewl, no geypers or others myself...so far... I seen one of these geyper guerrillas a few years ago, same outfit n accessories but it was a weird version of the action man old style body, the back had screws at the shoulders, had griping hands an beard, The colours on the geypers outfits pop and stand out along with the different muscle body stance, the set with the yellow jumper is very nice also😂 i get that gi joe adventure team vibe i guess that's what they were going for?
Very nice early body Geyper man. On close inspection just like the re-issued action man they are not made as well as strong or as tough but guess we don't play with them like we did when we were kids so they are more like Collectibles and toys but the early boys are commanding big money today. Thank you Chris
Also, apologize for not keeping up. But is this figure a new manufacture? I kind of hope not lol, because I’d be damn tempted to start collecting these myself.
I feel the same as you, nice to see the different examples from different countries around the world I would like one of each manufacturer for my collection Thank you Chris
Reckon the new am stuff was bidded up by the seller😂 I like the modern stuff but wasn't my generation. Suprised the proto hand didn't fetch more tbh. I reckon they got a bargain and could see someone paying double. Not me 😂but very cool bit of history👍😎
yeah I agree that Natalie figure is as rare as hens teeth its probably more rarer than the space explorer complete outfit. so that would have been a better item to go head to head with. it made it look like the modern Action man are more valuable and sought-after than they actually are.
Love the look of the milky eye scarface head. Maybe no nose got it bit off in a fight. Maybe leave it as is, as a prosthetic nose or make it slightly off colour on purpose. I like the idea of resculpting teeth or an open mouth but might look weird with relaxed features, like the eyes eyebrows etc. Maybe a zombie ripped mouth exposed teeth version would look good. Gives me ideas, great vid love the bohemian rapsody intro😂😂
Hey Chris I have a story about first two figures on a diving expedition and the recruit is the nose job looking for the long Lost treasure of the amazing black beard and Davy Jones the infamous pirates and you could make the others bad guys hope that gives you some ideas amazing videos and Job by the way and yes please do some short videos on repairing and, painting , flocking flocking
No worries Eddie alway nice to reads your comments pals. looking forward to doing a story for the new boys but I've got a bit of a backlog to get through first with some of the older ones thank you again Chris
It's not Palitoy's fault for not doing a joystick on the Eagle Eyes. The moving eyes were one of the few improvement that came from Hasbro instead of Palitoy.
Well say no more more Andy in a way it was probably for the best. could you imagine how many cross eyed GI Joes and Action man there would be today. Thanks mate Chris
😂ha ha love the queen intro...genius 👍 Theres me tinking you was gonna make a MJ dressed in smooth criminal suit and hat at extreme leaning with the no nose head..shamone You could do an American indian put wig on and brown eyes for the pardon...scalped head lol Or make a zargon space baddie, paint head black, white eyes, flock white hair or along those lines? No lips hmmmm, maybe something not seen done before, action man with teeth showing like a joker grin? Or open mouthed like a cheap blow up sex doll? Maybe a working jaw like skeletors laugh? Hope got some ideas flowing there🤔
@@diecastattic126😂maybe one of those really cheap blow molded dolls (shorter than AM)an stick a cindy or barbie open mouth head on an the deep sea diver can do a mission to rescue a lost cargo container with the battle scar bearded guy, he agrees a percentage of loot as payment, he manages to secure the loot and raise the contents, but it turns out to be a container of blow up dolls, so he happy with his share of the loot an goes to tropical beach with his new companion plus cocktails etc,
Hey Chris Gi Joe Eddie here awesome video brother and killer haul of figures hey brother can you make some videos of some ideas as techniques you use and tools, glue's solvents and puddles you use please I really appreciate it God bless you and your family hope all goes well today my friend God bless Gi Joe Eddie over and out 😎👍👍
So true! you collecting like a box of chocolates, and sometimes a bag of shit. you ever known what you gonna get. what would you say was your best surprise when picking up a job lot. you always get me thinking. Chris
Great job on those figures, liking the idea of the grisly bearded looking guy with former wounds on eye, bet he has some storys to tell of daring do's, fallschirmjager nicely done sir, an looking forward to the next episode
Great video mate. I have had some great success getting pen marks off action man faces by giving them treatment of acne cream, wrapping in cling film, then leaving in sunlight. In most cases (not all though) I have seen pen marks disappear amazingly. Obviously, problem with that now is the bad weather though
pre-ordered a figure from Hot Toys/Toys Apollo in 2023 and haven't received it yet. I have contacted support several times and have not received an answer, what is going on?
absolutely disgusting so sorry Phill I've just had to stop buying in figures from abroad. It's got to the point where it's too much of a gamble. A roll of the dice will my figure come when will it come? Status shows it on its way but in reality, they haven't even got it in stock, good luck man. Let us know how things go for you chris.
@@diecastattic126 Thanks for your answer, I just got my figure on eBay and I'm reasonably happy now. I just hope that everyone involved in this disgusting business gets their due punishment!
Hi Chris! It’s always nice to recognize those that help and support our addiction to our figures. Lol. Already in my short time doing YT videos I’ve met some extremely helpful and giving people who in some cases I consider friends. Keep up the great work mate. Seemed like a great show to pick up some amazing things. 👍🏻👏🏻🍻😬🙏
Thanks Ernie I think it's a very helpful and close community (world wide) and when you can show your finished collectable with the help from your fellow brothers and sisters it make it known how they all played a part in the restoration of that toy. thank you as always Chris
