🎼🎶You picked a fine time to leave me loose wheel! That 5 pounder was sweet! Thank goodness the boat didn't get thrown across the road, and cause a bigger accident.
Crickets gone wild 🤣 Beautiful 5.37lb bass Gary!! 1st gar in two years, wow.....guess that's a good thing!! 😉 That really sucks with the boat! On a positive note, good thing your wheel didn't fly off while driving.
Wow. You really jack them on the Wacky Rig. If I do that on a wacky that then I am yanking the hook out and I lose the fish. I reel up until I feel pressure and then I maintain tension until I land the Bass. I also keep my rod tip low after the catch because they tend to throw the hook. On A texas rig or weightless senko then I can use I can really set the hook like you.
That was an awesome day, some real poundage, in inches of water. Always great when you can come upon the big ones feeding, if only that was a tournament, Haha.
What boat are you running? I’ve been looking for a boat that I can fish the flats on and also bass fish from. Looks like you’re doing that with your boat.
Well deer point has some good fish in it. I've really never done great there. It's one of the closest lakes to me but I've only fished it a handful of times.
