Enjoyed the home and the tour! What really gets me is this, did you know the "optimum" viewing height of a TV, Monitor flatscreen whatever ya like to call it from a "seated" position especially a living room is forty-two inches from the ground or floor? Anything higher, as shown in this video and countless other non-professionally completed homes is just a pain in the neck! Not a sponsor nor a paid ad but call a real professional!! Thats where I learned the exactness of home Audio Visual installation techniques. My set (other than the patio or bedrooms are at 42 inches to the middle of the height of the screen give or take a few inches, not a few feet then have to use a downward set angle from high on the wall above a fireplace for example to compensate for an awkward viewing angle from below.
