Thanks for uploading this video, now I know for sure where the thermostat is, but I am unsure what the other side of the same housing/ hose is connected too from thermostat to closer to passenger side.
I had a misfire twice on one of them, the ignition ciol had a dead spark and replaced it and it gixed it than i had a bad fuel injectir, on my 08, for my o2 it was the ignition coil , distributer if will. Twice and fixed it, i bought my distributor spark ignition coil distributor advance Auto parts so they gave me a lifetime warranty so I had to do is bring in the old one and they gave me a new one and that's all that so if you're going to replace it make sure you do it with a one with a warranty, this is a very good engine if it is maintenance correctly the only downfall is it has some coolant issues leaks at the lower intake manifold gasket if you do not keep an eye on it and keep all the fluids up today and change the oil on time and especially your coolant, I had to do my radiator three times in the 2002 because of shity Chinese parts but other than that it was good but I also had to do a alternator some other suspension stuff and a few other odds and ends but nothing major other than that
What brand of headlight did yoy buy? And the cost? I found a GXYWADY for $76.00. Left and right side. Comes with corner signal lamp. Should work fine I think.
Thanks for the video. I replaced all the coil packs with aftermarket, and put new spark plugs in, and turns out one wasnt sitting right. This video helped me sort out the problem. Ive got an 02 Envoy with 177k and she's running like a charm again. Its a good body design that stays in style. It still looks like new, and looks better than some of these over teched out 2023 models.
This is what i need to do to my new to me 2005 pathfinder. but driver side. I brake cleaned it and silicone lubed it but it still sticks. gonna have to remove the door panel ugh.
I fixed the stalling in my 94 Sunbird Coupe 2.0 by spraying brake clean down the intake and pressing the accelerator for 5 minutes. Car started to idle buy itself again. Use 91 octane in this car. They run way better on it.
Don’t even think about it man. They got cameras and motion sensors all over the inside now. I heard a few months ago some kids got arrested for trying to break in but with no success obviously
I've got a '02 Envoy. Check your power steering steel pipes for rusted out holes where the lines run on top of the driver's side frame horn. You can access them from the fender well. I fixed mine, bion, with steel braided toilet connection hose and a two hoe clamps on each end - 5 years ago. no leaks or problems whatsoever. Before I refined my method here, I ran the pump dry a number of times. Those pumps can take a beating.

So many memories, my pap always got his hair cut at that barber shop for year's, shortys lunch and pizza boy were regular stops. We came to that mall at least 2 times a month for paps haircut, giggles was a arcade, and jcpenny was were spirit Halloween is at, joann fabric was in the new section at the end of the mall in that large store you Didnt know what it was. So sad they let this happen and look at the other mall its next on the downhill list. Smh...

My 2005 gmc envoy 110,000 had a missfire I bought 6new spark plugs started running a little better except the coils were bad so I went to go buy 2 coils as I was changing them with the car on the car turned off. Had to have the car towed and now it’s cranking but won’t start. Anybody have any idea?
My 4th coil pack from the front was bad also. I figured it's been 19 years so I changed them all out. It only cost me $72. Purring like a kitten at 240,000 miles.
I have a 2003 also. Just yesterday I changed out my spark plugs and all coil paks. It was running extremely rough above 50mph and the idle wasn't the same. You could tell something was going on. Well it's back to running smooth. Some of my gauges are broke also. The gas and temp work. And the battery is hit and miss. I bought stepper motors over 7 years ago and have yet to put them in. Maybe one of these days i'll get around to it. :)
Does this have a backup beeper and where would it be located, also the horn doesn’t work, trying to find where a horn relay might be at. How many fuse boxes does it have, there’s one outside on the driver-side near the area where the cab is lifted and one inside the glove box. There’s a spot on top of the dashboard in center that has some type of compartment. Wondering what that was.
The tightening of the three torx door jam screws actually warps the lock mechanism and causes the problem. The solution is to follow this video and then gently install the three torx head screws with Locktite. DO NOT over tighten the screws. It appears to be a design problem.
