One Outstanding Video Man! 👍 The Opening Drone shots of Thurmond are just incredible! Thurmond is a great backdrop for filming trains. Seeing trains pass thru Thurmond are just as it was back then, Minus the steam. 😂 Then the catch at Hawk's Nest was also so cool! Hawk's Nest is another great place to catch some CSX trains winding around the sharp curves. Then you wrapped it up in a small town! If you look at old video of trains passing thru Montgomery, you'd be surprised on how much its changed! There used to be a KFC! 😂 I wish I could have filmed some trains back in the old days of the C&O. Anyhow, Keep Up the Great Work! This Video Made My Day!
@jacksonsdrones Thanks for Watching man, glad you liked it, 2 of those catches I would have got if it wasn't for you giving me the heads up, and I believe what u said, alot of these towns were hopping back in the day, they sure are a meeir fraction of that today, and it's kinda sad when you stop and think about it, but ya know things change everyday. Stay safe out there man. And thanks again for Watching... and for the help.
@RiverSubProductions tha KS, it's definitely a good place, although there isn't a lot of trains, at least on the day I was there. I would recommend it.
@jeffstrains Thanks, now that u mention it, I haven't even been by the tracks for like... almost 4 weeks, so I wonder if this train is somewhere out there , where I might be able to catch it. Also, r you a part of the W&LE railfans Facebook group? If so, then try and keep tabs on that cause, I've kinda figured it out that if someone else is posting about it, you stand a chance catching either later that day, or the next. Anyway, thanks again for watching Stay Safe out there.
@jeffstrains I don't really poast in there unless it's for a train that went through a certain location cause I asked a question 1 too many times and was essentially cursed out for it. So ever since then I don't ask any questions
@jeffstrains I wouldn't if I were you, you can ask questions if you need to k ow the answer. With me, I asked the same question over and over again around the same time, and they got tired of it.
@jeffstrains thanks, yeah that was my first time chasing it. Honestly, it wasn't even that hard to chase since the river line runs alongside route 7, but then u have to look at where am I stopping to get a run by, again thanks for watching. Stay safe out there, Jeff.
Another Great Compilation Man! Those photos at the end were really Good! That was a cool catch of the VR cams too. Did you see yourself on them? Keep Up the Great Work! 👍👍👍
Great Video & Catches! 👍👍👍 I see why Danny Harmon railfans at Folkston a lot now! 😂 That looked like really bad weather that day. Glad nothing catastrophic happened.
Yeah, it sure was fun it might be a while cause I don't believe I'll get to come down next year it would be nice but I don't think it will get to happen, it would be pretty sick if we both met for railfest cause that is something I plan on doing. Thanks for watching, bro.
Great Video Man!👍 These were some Awesome Catches! My favorite has to be those Double Stackers! And of course those Tropicana Cars. 😅 Keep Up the Great Work Man!
I had an amazing time for the 2 and a half days u was there with a total of 48 trains, I got back home and didn't feel like catching any trains for a while 🤣 Thanks for watching 👀
Great Video Man! 👍👍👍 Glad to hear your better now! We just got over a cold ( Something like that) about a week ago. I absolutely couldn't stand it at some points. These were some very Awesome Catches! My favorites had to be that Weed Sprayer, and that Double-Header Charger with that Private Car on the end! Those Tropicana Box cars were really Cool too! Keep Up the Good Work Man! 😃
Thanks, Jackson. I'm glad you liked it also if it looked like I was filming in a hail storm. It was actually rain, looked like hail on the video, but I'm glad I didn't go 12 hours down there just to get sucked up by a Tornado as 2 of the touched down to them North 😌 also glad to hear you guys are better, to say the least it has been going around lately, Thanks for Watching and stay safe
@@countryroadrailproductions2008 Good thing it wasn't hail! That would gave been bad. Getting sucked into a Tornado could have been bad too! Have a Good One Man! 😃😃😃
This was great. Good catches here in Folkston. You filmed some interesting mixed freight's especially at the Martin Street crossing. Well worth the long drive from Ohio. Excellent video 👍
I'm glad you like it, I have one video uploaded, and I'm clearly not falling the uploading schedule, but things happen in life, and it's throws of ya off the track
These were some Awesome Catches Man! 👍👍👍 We don't get this many on the NRS! These engineers seemed to like railfans! A few gave some horn shows! Good to see they're using the Charger locos around in there. I still wonder why the Auto Train hasn't made the switch yet. 🤔 Anyhow, this was an Amazing Video Man! Awesome Catches with some Awesome Trains!
Thanks, I've noticed that anyone in the south is ware more friendly than anyone up north, well, at least where I live 😂 I'm not sure why Auto train hasn't done the switch, and I hoslty hope they don't cause I think it's cool to see the P42's in action, at least while there still around, anyway thanks for watching 👀 😀 😉
Thanks, also I noticed I appeared in one of your catches too, sure was busy and fun, to say the least I didn't want to walk after I was done with the rush 🤣🤣🤣🤣
That was some really Cool Footage Man! 👍👍👍Drones really add a whole new perspective to things! Thanks For Sharing Wyatt! This was some Great Shooting! You 2 keep up the Good Work!
That's for watching, I don't know if this ever happen to you, but it happen to my dad after he had the drone out at Miller Station, where he landed the drone, and turned off, but then it kicked back on and he had to fight the thing to keep it on the car roof.
@@countryroadrailproductions2008 No that’s never happened to me. 🤔 Sometimes while it’s in the landing sequence, if you accidentally push a button on the screen, or tap the sticks, the landing will stop. But if he had to fight it to land I don’t know. I’ve had a few glitches with mine but it’s very rare. Hope it doesn’t do it again. 👍
Awesome Production Wyatt! 👍👍👍 You guys really put the "Chase" in "Chase!" Those were incredible catches! The switching, changing the Crossing, and how the RR gets it done! That guy at 6:03 made it just in time. Looked like he had an EGA on his window. Could have been an NRA logo too. Looks like the crew got in a hard day's work! I'd say it's fun working on the RR! That outro was a great way to end the video Man! Had me tapping my foot! 😂 Keep Up the Great Work Man!
@@countryroadrailproductions2008 I’d like to try and get up there and catch it but I don’t think I can. But I’ll watch to see if you post its return trip.
Great Video Man! 👍👍👍 Poor Guy’s Ear drums! 😂 That was a cool catch with that Engine at the End of the first train! Love those Long Hood Engine! Great Catches as Always! Keep Up the Good Work!
Nice Catches Man! 👍👍👍 That Leading engines Lights were like a white-ish color instead of an orange-ish color most trains have. Look's Cool Though! I see Fred flashing on the back of the train! He's been working hard to! 😂 Awesome Catch as Always Man! Keep Up the Great Work!
Thanks for watching. It might have been the light quality at which my camera recorded it, and I had the flood light on high, or maybe the refurbished that loco at the shops in Brewster, but idk.
Let me know if you guys noticed a difference with the lighting cause to me it didn't really look like it, and I had it on a high setting. Thanks for watching 👀
@@countryroadrailproductions2008 yeah, my hands are my tripod unless I’m using my camcorder. I got a nice video of 218 today but I didn’t really feel like dragging my tripod around.
@jeffstrains yeah when it comes to recording with any device, whether it's a phone, tablet, or camcorder, I can't hold it steady cause sometimes my hands get shaky, especially is its like 14 degrees out 🥶🥶🤣🤣🤣🤣 which I was not out in
Thanks, they are not bad. They sure get the job done. Also, the title gives it away that I was not at the control of the drone, although I was filming from the ground. Thanks for watching.
Nice Video Man! 👍👍👍 I love that Longhood forward engine at the beginning! They look so odd backwards that its kind of Cool! 😂 And then those catches of those Wheeling & Lake Eire locomotives! They're all colorful and have their own unique look! Unlike the NS locomotives over here on the secondary!🤣 Then those catches at Thurmond! Those CSX's and the Cardinal! Just Awesome! Happy New Year Man! Can't wait to see what 2024 has awaiting Your Channel!
Thanks, Jackson. I'm glad you liked it. Hopefully, 2024 is packed with action. One thing for sure is some of the activities I was doing in 2023. I don't think I'll be doing them in 2024, and I can get my permit this year. I just have to have a parent around 🤣🤣, but hopefully, 2024 is a great year.
Once again, another Awesome Video Man! 👍👍👍 I know how you feel with the Computer and editing issues. So far, (and surprisingly) wondershare has done pretty well for me this month. Anyhow, Keep Up the Great Work Man! These Video Keep On Getting Better!
Thanks Jackson, I appreciate the kind words, and yes editing is a pain I'm am getting a new computer custom built around Christmas time, and the laptop I have now I'm going to give to the guy that is building my desktop unit, and he is going to fix the laptop, cause it has a lot of things wrong with even though I've had it for 3 years so I can't wait for that, and when I get the money saved up I'm going to get Wonderware, because videopad makes my life harder. Thanks for watching and thanks for the kind words, as always.
Thanks. That would be cool. It is cool to see action on the rails. If I'm think correctly, the rook sub sees at least 6 trains, I put that in one of my other videos, which was the Pittsburgh Junction flyover Thank you for watching..
