Believe it or not, LOW stomach acid is often the issue. I stopped all Proton Pump inhibitors and antacids and started taking ACV! It works wonders. The PPIs can cause liver damage and kidney damage over extended use. If I do take them it is Protonix for about 30 days only.
Posture was my biggest problem. I have to sit upright when I eat. When I slouch down it compresses my stomach into my chest and makes it hard to swallow. Once I started paying attention to my posture, my swallowing became much easier. I also do upper chest stretches and deep breathing exercises to stretch my chest area. Decaffeinated coffee and tea is not so bad. Thanks 🙏🏻

Haven't done extreme off-road but for most Nepali road it is decent. I don't think its suspension will handle that well in extreme off-road. Pillion seat is bit on small side, so if your pillion is big (above 80kgs) than he/she will feel discomfort on it. Also if you are family person and ride with your child then this is not the bike for you as it cannot fit 3 people. But for small size pillion or person below 80kg it is ok for short ride. Power is decent, enough for my requirement but in 125 version i feel power lack. You will feel little bit of engine heating on traffic but not much of issue while riding. No idea about availability of side case, you'll have to ask the showroom. No grab handle but dealer have told me it will be available soon. Also there's no mudguard (front and back), you'll have to buy it separately which I found bit pricy but company mudguard seems to have good build quality despite of high price. Servicing is OK. Haven't done mileage test but I believe it is giving me around 40km per liter at least, I'm happy with its milage. Don't get hyped and trust all the things that has been spread by youtuber and moto vlogers especially as they only ride it for short time. Better visit showroom and do a test drive before you purchasing it. Overall Im happy with it as it have great riding comfort, light weight, decent mileage and power, head turner design, some extra technological features.
