A Chinese girl wants to share with you about Chinese daily life, Chinese food, beautiful sceneries, and some things with special features of Chinese tradition^_^
Hi Lulu, thank you very much for uploading this video. We are going to China and Xi'an very soon, so it is quite helpful to see your footage in advance.
Thank you for your comment! I’ll be releasing a detailed travel guide on the Terracotta Warriors soon, and I hope it will be even more helpful for you. The video is currently in production.❥(^_-)
Hi Lulu, thank you for your info, i am planning to Beijing this december, it gives me more information, seems bus is easier rather than by subway and high speed train
Hello, thank you for your comment. If you're traveling from downtown Beijing to the Great Wall, I do think taking a bus is more convenient. Hope you have a great time in Beijing!
Thanks for your comment. Since the Terracotta Army is very famous, it's busy almost all year round. However, there are a few times when it’s especially crowded: January and February during the winter holiday and Chinese New Year, July and August during the summer break, and the first few days of May and October for public holidays. If you can avoid these periods, it should be a bit less crowded.
In addition, there are generally fewer visitors in the afternoon compared to the morning. If you're not planning to visit Lishan Garden, coming in the afternoon is fine. However, if you also want to visit Lishan Garden, arriving at the Terracotta Army in the afternoon might not give you enough time to visit both.
Hi, thanks for the very informative video. It was great to watch! May I ask if we need to buy the bus tickets and admission tickets before we go to Great Wall? Or we can just walk in, similar to what you have posted. Hope you're able to advise. Thanks!
Many people know the great wall but only a few know the real meaning in military terms. It is a building, a set of several buildings, aiming the defense against northern tribes, possible invaders. Instead of attacking those tribes, china preferred to defend itself against the invasions. So we understand that despite China has the greatest Navy, it doesn't posture aggressive neither intention of attack others, but to defend itself from others. As much as we know the chinese people is peaceful. It never searched to build an empire overseas.
Very interesting trip. 21,000 km of total extension, that is the greatest monument in the world. Some people say that is the unique monument in the earth that someone can watch from the moon.
2008 best Olympics that has ever taken place. No one will be able to top this. The west try to discredit the chinese what it comes to how great the did with hosting the Olympics
I’ve never heard any criticism of the 2008 Olympics and I live in the USA. Everyone that I know including me agrees that the 2008 Olympics opening ceremony and Birds Nest Stadium and Water Cube were the best ever done for any Olympics.
I've never lived in an English-speaking environment, but I really like English. I know I have an accent, but that won't stop me from speaking it. I believe I'll get better and better. Thanks for your message.
Just wanted to say I enjoy watching your videos and I think you are very cute^^ Sorry you had such cold and wet weather on your trim to Chaka lake, but the weather did make your trip a unique experience like you said. I like your positive attitude when things don’t go as expected😊
You are really good at giving tours, very Informative. I have a question, when you visited the Forbidden City did the refurbishment of The Hall of Mental Cultivation finished? (The Emperor actual home in the inner palace) and probably the most important since they probably took the most important decisions in there. But i want to know if people can finally visit it.
Most of the countries in the world think Chinese tourists are the worst in the world Why would people travel to a country full of them? They can’t even behave like humans in a foreign country I can’t even imagine how they act in their own country not to mention you might get hurt or die from all the fake material falling out of buildings and shiet
Hi, I'm from Singapore, coming Beijing in few months. Can I ask, on my Wechat, how come I can't search and find "天安门城楼" to do booking? Any suggestion? Tks
Sorry for the late reply. You can search for the WeChat official account "天安门城楼参观预约" and follow it. Then, go to "预约参观" and then "在线购票" where you can fill in your phone number and choose a time slot. You can also try going directly to the website www.tiananmenchenglou.com. Please note that the tower is closed every Monday, so avoid that day. Additionally, it can be difficult to get a reservation for Tiananmen Gate Tower, so please book at least a week in advance. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me anytime.
Yes, both Tiananmen Gate Tower and Tiananmen Square require reservations. Most attractions in Beijing currently require reservations. If you're not sure how to make a reservation, feel free to ask me anytime. Welcome to Beijing!
