My grandfather’s grandparents and their little son left Karlsruhe, and settled in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. in 1848. You have beautiful patterns but sometimes you are very confusing. I'm not sure which row this is on but your written instruction says two half double crochets in the next two chains then two half double crochets in the next chain and then you have in parenthese "1 - 1 - 2" and that is what you do in your demonstration You may need to correct your written instructions or explain them and show me what I need to. I decided to go by your demonstration.
Its double crochet Im using U.S. term and a florist wire and green tape . You can it in any craft store . The green tape it looks like a paper not the plastic one..
I am doing this exact hat but it was designed by another You Tube crochet person much before you did this. Do you create your own design or copy others
