Donald Rumsfeld wasn't infallible but I wish we had more politicians who approached problems like he did. He was thoughtful, analytical and really tried to think of the best solution for a problem and he did not let his ideology overtake that process. Great man.
Gas price in Twin Lakes, MN---$3.79. Pathetic news media editing your interview to fit their narrative?? What a laugh. Their narrative feeds on complicit complainers. Hang in there, bud. Recession just around the corner.
Thanks for the comment :). Fox spliced and diced my words in this video - they want to give the impression that we're all freaked out about high gas prices. I mentioned climate change and of course they eliminated that. I don't think we can blame Newsom for this, although he's an easy target. If we're going to blame him for anything it should be the fact that he's not making enough of an effort to expand our public transportation infrastructure (high-speed rail lines, buses, etc.). In terms of forcing us to drive EVs - maybe this is positive in the long term, but what about the environmental consequences of PRODUCING all of these EVs? All of this just means more pollution and waste. Too many humans results in extreme demand for energy which propels prices even higher. Maybe part of the solution here is to CONSERVE more and drive less...this would offset some of the sting from higher energy prices. Americans feel the need to constantly drive everywhere and load up their carts at Costco with a bunch of shit they don't really need.
@@AaronSchacht newsome signed the bill that we all have to buy electric cars as at a certain point no one will sell us gas car, I'm not sure how many children you have but people who do have children they need to drive they have to drive children to school then go to work then go back pick up the children take them to activities etc I cannot judge people if they have to drive to Costco or take their children or drive and taking care of their elderly parents, also newsome is the one who hired the board who makes the decision for SDG&e rates, so he is 200% in charge of increasing rates....
@@llee6310 Like it or not, EVs are the future. Not much we can do about it. My days of driving kids to school is over, thankfully. Believe me, I understand the need to drive from place to place for these purposes. Still, there are so many cases (esp. I this state) where kids can walk or bike to school and nowadays parents feel the need to cart their kids everywhere even if it's less than a mile away. I have an issue with the idea of American excess. The idea that we don't feel like we need to make any sacrifices. What about consolidating car trips? Carpooling? Of course no one should sacrifice the needs of their elderly parents. We are a car-driven culture and there's no way to drastically reduce our dependence on cars, but we can make different behavioral choices. FEWER trips to Costco, the grocery store, etc. Make the kids walk or bike to school, if within a certain distance. But no, we're all about convenience and doing what's expedient. In the end, we have the worst public transportation infrastructure in the developed world, so there is only so much we can do to alleviate the problems we're talking about here. Take Newsom out and put in any other random politician with a (D) or (R) at the end of their name, and we have similar, or a whole set of different problems.
@@AaronSchachtWould you want your children to walk the streets alone, when Newsom released all criminal from prison and new criminals who gets arrested released without a bail?Seriously??? we live in a very dangerous out of control CA, our streets field with criminals, homeless on drugs, ect....think again! Thank you Newsom for all new LAWS!...

Unfortunately I don't have access to that video to upload. The 16-Second Cure was provided by my son's coach and I was able to upload it but don't have the video you are referring to. Sorry!
No matter what she said herself, that this is about drugs apparently, this song is for when you have a new/old friend & you just arrived back home, and your friend is leaving tomorrow, and both of you have been searching for inner peace and love, and for feelings too, and you wanna have them for the other, & for like 2 years since you last saw each other. And you both are lonely, and enjoy silence even though none of you 2 is readily eager to admit that. And you made a new connection, something new was created between you 2, and you talk, for hours, but texting only. And you wanna ask her out and this song is perfect for that.
this song is from the drug's POV. Basically the drug is telling the user to forget about their life and let themselves be consumed by it. The drug becomes the user's safety. It has nothing to do with a love relationship, between two people, at least.
Dr. Loehr practically invented the concept. He literally 'Wrote The Book'. It's amazing to me how much of sports, and society, implement his ideas to this very day. Dr. Loehr helped countless top tier athletes, and every day people, achieve their goals. I had the great pleasure of being acquainted with Dr. Loehr, and other sports science professionals, during the height of the release of his revolutionary book. He is a huge part of why USTA Tennis, and Sports in General are Thriving today. The 'GOAT's of today owe him a debt of immense gratitude, in my humble opinion.🎾🎾🎾
