Well, be careful with the white hose of the fuel connector, you was struggling with the clamp, it can brake when you force to open it. You should gently pull up the middle tab and press the sides.. You're right. It is not easy disassembly this connection. I think it is not necessary disassembly the whole hose of filter.The lite "O" ring can be damage.
Hi, in my car the injector adblue remains noisy and whistles when the engine is stopped in neutral also after clean it. Can cover the area with the injector holes with a sponge and clamp? if I put a band and close those holes, the injector is no longer noisy. In my car ADBLUE is disabled on OBD.
@@tamaspozer1772 Thanks for the answer...sorry I think that is useless expense since it no longer works. If the system ADBLUE is close from ECU , now the injector do not work anymore. Do you think it's dangerous to cover it with soundproof insulating tape? What function have those small holes mechanically?
@@Nik-hm5um Hi, if the Adblue close in the ECU then the injector doesn't work. If the rewriting was good. Did be the SCR and DFP remove from the car? One may your car exhaust is clogged. Then the pressure come out from the injector. This is one hypotheses. Please look the exhaust pipe after the Oxidation catalyst.
@@tamaspozer1772There are DPF and all Adblue system... The ecu doesn't give me any errors and the car works like the 1.6 HDI euro 5 before the adblue system in the 1.6 BLUEHDI. Do I clean the pipe that you clean in this video at minute 2.54? Many thanks.

Ja używam miękkiej szczotki drucianej, myślę, że się nadaje. Jak dotąd nie miałem żadnych komunikatów o błędach wtryskiwaczy. Mój sposób jest prosty i szybki do wykonania. W moim nie było uszczelki, gładka metalowa powierzchnia leży na górze.

Így amikor a motor eléri a szükséges feltételeket automatikusan tisztítja a Partikulár filtert (FAP). Ezt csak akkor tudod nyomon követni, ha online figyeled a motor paramétereit valamilyen diagnosztikai eszközzel.
I had once disassembly top of the cover of EGR. Some of the fixing tabs are broken. Under cover there is a electrical panel. I think it is not reparable. If you hear big noise you heve to change the EGR valve.
Tamas, great work as always. How about a magic trick? My Peugeot 308 1.6 diesel from 2018 (T9), 88000kms on the clock, and the coolant level drops a bit every week when i use AC. If i just use ventilation, nothing changes. No puddles of colant under the car, no wierd smoke coming out the exhaust, no oil in the colant resevoir, no colant leaking anywere aroind the engine or into the footwell. WTF is happening here? Thanks for any tips.

Hello, You are right. It is mein opinion, that it is simple solution if the lamp connect to the back window heating. Try connect the regeneration LED to the mirror heating. And you can decide which is easier.

Nettoyer un injecteur ADblue avec une brisse metallique et encore pire avec un tournevis 😮😮😮😮 franchement j'en ai vu des McGuyver du dimanche ; Mais toi tu as gagné le pompom ..une simple brosse a dent avec de l'eau chaude aurait pu faire l'affaire sans risquer de détériorer le joint ....et oui avec ta beosse métallique ru pourrais ue foutre en l'air ...et envore pire avec ton tournevis BREF de l'eau chaude et une brosse à dents aurait tout aussi bien fait l'affaire car l'adblue cristallisé se dissoud avec l'eau chaude ...la a mon avis t'as plus qu'a te racheter un nouvel injecteur 😅😅😅😂😂

Hello, I think you have injektor seal leak or camshaft head seal leak. It is typical Peugeot engine problem. This is impossible repair without disassembly. You have to change the wrong seal.

Hi, the EGR valve cant turn off with software. I don't know exactly what doesn't mean this menu PROGRAMMING THE EGR VALVE STOPS in the Diadbox. I will try it. If you want stop the EGR valve, you need install one plate in the pipe. But this is not regular.

@@tr3v0manch3ty Your situation not easy. I think you have to back program car's computer. But it is possibly you have to buy other computer. Try clean the all EGR pipe and valve. Good luck.
