The American Dream promises that anyone, regardless of their background, can achieve success through hard work and determination. However, the harsh reality is that not everyone has equal access to opportunities or resources. Factors like socioeconomic background, education, systemic inequalities, and economic fluctuations can significantly impact one's ability to achieve this ideal. A very insightful podcast!

I had diplopia and squint eyes and developed it around 4 years back and i don't know about its reason. Earlier i was advised for several eye excercise but now recently I had squint surgery in both eyes thrice in aiims patna, a month ago but i was disappointed with its unsuccessful result. Then i started booking appointment in several top notch hospitals like lv Prasad and shankar nethralaya for Dr Ramesh Kekunaya and Dr TN Srinivasan respectively but the appointment waiting list was too long and in the middle of the time crunch i also came to know about Dr Pradeep Sharma from Quora, i immediately booked the slot and reached Delhi last week. The doctor was very patient and his expertise was very commendable, just by observing my eyes, he could tell about my double vision problems how i am seeing things even before i could tell, and that moment I felt confident that i arrived at right place. Sir advised me to undergo one more surgery and then next 2 days on Wednesday i was treated by him and discharge at the same day. Now i am seeing perfectly fine without having double images, its the best feeling ever. But I had only one complaint regarding center for sight, they haven't any bed facilities so just after surgery they shift theirs patients to daycare for few minutes and then they tell to come back clinic after few hours for re-checkup with doctor, which i feel very exhausting and painful process as i had severe headache after operation and they provided a painkiller which induces further headache as i couldn't sleep on the chair in hallway. But apart from this incident, i am on cloud 9 from my experience even though my eye is completely bloodish red, swollen and inflamed like hell.
