Nicee! Thank you for this episode, and thanks for the shoutouts! EZ-The-Champion was the one I know thats the Yoga master and formerly was inviting me for an online matchup (wayback year 2011) in PS3. We had few sets but had very bad connection. I also think Juggy glitch removal is fine, Marco from Peru is using Team Dau without the need of it, and is still hard to beat! Hoping to be able to fight again with Maddroo once I fully recover or comeback, a bit busy also with my other thingy (@inseinworld) that is about travel lol.

Appreciate for checking my megaman gameplay! I don’t usually use the ball only for occasional situations. I prefer tornado hold to find openings especially if they call assist too much
As a kid, I found a disc of this game on the ground outside of the Callicoon, NY arcade on Main Street. Figured it was trash, but after taking it home and cleaning it up, it tested great!
Good podcast. A couple things about CTD: 1. The main issue (that was not taken into consideration by Jim) is that several players who enter the Tournaments don't show up until 930 or 10 pm or later. 2. I have worked with Maddroo and DarkDios multiple times to run CTD Tournaments on 2 setups. This is not something that's new or unfamiliar to me and I'm not opposed to it. Sometimes I run CTD on 1 setup because there aren't big turnouts so there's really not a need to run the Tournament on 2 setups. 3. As for the 2 out of 3 format, from experience I've learned that the vast majority of players prefer the 2/3 format rather than the 3/5 format. It does put more pressure on players to perform but that's good because it brings out high level performances. I have run CTDs with the 3/5 format AND using multiple setups but the Tournament STILL took an extremely long time to complete and ended very late. Part of that is because several players have life responsibilities that they have to handle so they can't get to the Tournament before 10 pm. 4. When a Tournament goes into the early hours of the morning then at least a few players will self-DQ because they can't stay out too late. Feedback on my events is welcomed. Thank you for sharing your perspectives. The criticisms about CTD presented in the podcast are reductive. Running Tournaments is difficult and stressful and it's not as simple as just adding another setup.
We appreciate you for sharing us some insights that weren’t discussed on this podcast episode! Thanks for listening! Please keep doing what you are doing by making content and running tournaments to keep our community alive! Hope we could have you as one of our guests one day.
Iron “cheese” Man and Strider “cheese” Hiryu were unstoppable. Most repetitive gameplay I’ve seen 💯 great comeback by Thunder Trunks once he picked Storm 💯
