Played this gem again after six years, never beat it back then. Finally beat it now, but I lost Beleram just because I wondered “would they really…?” And I was damn near heartbroken. Now I have to go on to NG+ just so I can save him 🤣
Have you tried leaving and entering the forest again? Or maybe even turn of the emulator and reboot it? Once you're able to walk through walls, it should work, as the Farfetch'd himself isn't bugged, just where he runs off to as far as I'm aware
Is there? Huh, that's interesting! I didn't know that. I like games that have multiple endings or routes, especially when it's smaller ones like these!
Maybe your tamer level is too low, or you need to upgrade the gym by recruiting Kabuterimon and Kuwagamon. Piximon's training manual will also increase the stats during training! Another option could be to feed your digimon chips to increase their stats with to make sure you have the correct amount for them to digivolve. Also, pay attention to care mistakes. Too little or too many will make it fail, as a Digimon will automatically digivolve to the next stage if the right conditions are met. If none are met, then indeed they will pass away of old age. This is also why when training for a champion, you might end up with a different one, if multiple conditions are met, you have too many or too little care mistakes etc. Hope that gives you a better idea!
Well I recruited Kabuterimon and Kuwagamon from Beetle land to join the Green Gym, training my Digimon to get Pixiemon to join the city, and I got MetalGreymon as my partner right now after he digivolved from Greymon.
I defeated Piximon, and let him join the city. Now that I got the training manual, I will be extra strong and my Digimon will be powerful than ever before.
