This is as bright and smooth as we wan't the future to be. However it might take a 100 to a 1000 years or much longer to reach it. It will never be to late and never tolate to start. We need more prodyctive people in this world fighting for a better world, and a person who are there to make some really smooth lights😉
I know a few companies that will use this kind of tech. I bet this will be a revolutionary one as well in general. Things are indeed going forward. Dreams of the past have come true, It is time for the new generations dreams. The future and the physics of the universe are endless. There are many things we can do. Or things we will know about one day. It is just about time.
the rods are likely driven by servo motors or linear actuators. to make it interactive you could use basic imaging sensors next to each rod to see the audience or a camera with object detection.
A kidney is about 260kUSD, so might not be sufficient. You might need a few more than one. Now you could build one for less, but it would require lots of parts, time, effort, wouldn't be so smooth, and would break all the time.
