For those who do not want that eggy taste, just use 1-2 eggs then add water or almond milk (low fat milk if you’re not strict keto). Also, coconut oil and keto approved butter will be fine if you don’t have olive oil.

I tried your recipe and it worked and turned out delicious and filling. I just added a teaspoon of baking powder the second time I cooked it and it ended up fluffier, airy and more delicious 😋 I don't have olive oil so I just used 2 tbsp of melted butter. For the sweetener, I used 2 sticks of Naturals Stevia (zero-calorie sweetener). Then, a pinch of Himalayan salt which is healthier than ordinary salt because it has lots of minerals.
