Hello, I seen many different ways of making the cake, , but yours I like the most, , question, can I use coconnut oil instead, and without the sugar. has been hard to get ridoff that craving, and I don't want it to come back. thanks and good day. Juan

Olivoil does not match coconut flour…they come from very different places on earth with different climate. Use butter, gee, neutral oils

For those who do not want that eggy taste, just use 1-2 eggs then add water or almond milk (low fat milk if you’re not strict keto). Also, coconut oil and keto approved butter will be fine if you don’t have olive oil.

Thank you so much for this recipe ❤️ Now, I already have my go-to snack for my Keto Low Carb Diet. I can finally say goodbye to snacks made of wheat flour which are high in carbs. I tried your recipe and it worked and turned out delicious and filling. I just added a teaspoon of baking powder the second time I cooked it and it ended up fluffier, airy and more delicious 😋 I don't have olive oil so I just used 2 tbsp of melted butter. For the sweetener, I used 2 sticks of Naturals Stevia (zero-calorie sweetener). Then, a pinch of Himalayan salt which is healthier than ordinary salt because it has lots of minerals.

Pwede po basta wag nyo lalagyan ng regular sugar. Dapat po substitute sweetener na lowcarb: Monkfruit, Stevia, Erythritol, etc.
