All good ..but why you triming dies (destroying the soft tisue) second wasting aloot of time while separating and creating dies as if you gonna do analog way with adapta or shupf tehnike like in old days....just akzent and clean up around margin lines and skann..it tajes few minutes for such case and on top of that you preserve papila gingiva alveoles etc..
Polishing is not the way to go, I've been a dental tech for 20 years and I accept that we are moving from the conventional way of doing things buy this is not the way to go.
Ok..im same dental tech for 20 years ..one man lab ..and polishing is the absoliyly the way to go in Cervical area on evrything ..the difference is im doing it after glaze to remove any glaze material i have around margings...to tip you a bit ..first reason is zir is way more biocntible then feldspat second one glazed zir darkenes a bit ..which makes it blend better in cervical area....on labial side i leave on purpuse unpolished areas so that zirconia or any other material afterbglaze reflects and breaks light differently ..and when i say different materials i mean ..zirc disilicates silicates and PFM ..yes i do more then 50% pfms ..i use noble gold and paladium metals with paladium metals my margin is always 180 or 360 pure margin fluo material and with gold always 360 pure gold ...its one thing to do a quality work znd another is just to give numbers ..im doing around 150 units monthly and i have priced mayself 5-6 times higher then average prices from labs which DO-NOT polish cervical area :)
