If Uraraka really wanted to see the world burn and didn't care if it took her out too, then she could just use her quirk on the earth for a second, and we would be thrown out of orbit. The action of using her quirk to that scale would probably be enough to kill her, and if it didn't, the earth leaving orbit definite would, along with the rest of the world's population.

I love this so much. It feels like the My Hero Academia version of Death Note. It might just be the way they wrote genius so well, but that is hard to do and not be completely cringe.
