Actually the scoring targets are cardboard color. If a target has black areas on it, those areas are considered to be hard cover (like shooting steel), and the white targets are penalty targets.
Yeah, it’s hard to run normal when you gotta keep the gun up. Plus the distances are short. Most competitive shooters have a similar look when they run due to all this.
If it wasn't for hunters even more animals would die each year from disease and overpopulation. It's already been proven in places where hunting isn't allowed.
