I don't think privacy is what I'd use if you're unwilling to reveal the price. I don't know if that's normal for Trinidad but I've seen houses for 200 mil USD which I can say is way more than this. If this house is at least 75 to 100 mil TTD I don't see a problem with showing it but I only stumbled upon this and unsure of the procedures in Trinidad, so I'm not trying to be rude. It's one of the best I've seen so far for the country.
16.8 mil is waaayyy too much. The house itself looks like it was buit in the 1950s. Look at a 2 million USD penthouse in Miami and see what you get instead.
Does this fairly 'average' home - based on international standards - come with its very own strike force platoon of QUICK REACTION COMMANDOS for 'security purposes'? Because I am trying to understand why it is SO OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED! 😜🥴🥵🤪
Owing a home like this you I’ll soon become a target 🎯 in Trinidad, you can’t live in nice homes or drive nice vehicles. That’s like suicidal mission..
Your opinion, I’m from a rich family in Trinidad and we haven’t been targeted so.... not entirely factual. If you put yo information and life out there then, every rich person knows this.
Lots of people living in nice homes comparable to this one and driving nice cars and they’re not targeted, so I wonder what are you doing that would make you a target?
For persons interested in the price, please note that the owner would prefer to maintain privacy. Therefore, the owner requests that we verify each person who inquires to ensure they are a suitable purchaser. This is due to the extraordinary purchase price. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we must respect our client's wishes.
Hiya nice of you to reply but the owner/vendor putting up a property for sale and wanting to remain anonymous whilst being able to have access to my details by way of me emailing you is unfair in my view. By the way is the property still priced at $40.000.000 TT that was the asking price a few years ago hence me wanting to if there's a price reduction.
@@Psamtik7 It is a very delicate situation, but we ensure the privacy of all parties and only share necessary information between both parties if mutual agreement is confirmed. Yes, the property price has been reduced.
@@Psamtik7 Ridiculously overpriced, more so given the evident poor external maintenance with mildew and moss on the walls, window sills, algae in the pool, etc. Although to things will cost minimal to address it shows the lack of maintenance even in the minor issues suggestive of negligence of maintenance overall .
