🤔 since more bacteria form when we're asleep, wouldn't the best time to use castor oil is before we go to sleep 😴. Either way don't make a mistake and swallow it, you're gonna 💩 yourself.
shoudl you wait to rise after oil pulling? I heard some people say it is better to wait 20 or 30 minutes to brush your teeth to protect the enamel on your teeth? is that true? I just started doing twice per day with castor oil in the morning and coconut oil before bed, trying to avoid a root canal treatment so badly.. I changed my diet also.. Any help is appreciated 😉
Hi, I just found you. I have a really bad cavity that is starting to cause me pain. I'm almost 25 and haven't had issues with cavities since I was 10. Idk why my teeth are so weak all of a sudden. My dentist said I meed 3 fillings, I guess.. Anyway, the one I have is reall deep now.. Idk if I can save it.. I tried oil pulling w/ coconut oil for a couple wks, but it wasnt working quick enough for ai had to get a compacted wisdom tooth pulled and it took forever to heal. I'm getting two more pulled in a couple more days and am not allowed to swish liquids in my mouth. How quick can castor oil heal cavities? Do you have experience with that? I'm just worried. I've heared how horrible getting root canals or fillings are for your health and I don't want my tooth to just get pulled.. When I laugh, ppl will see it gone and thats so embarrassing. They'll think I dont tame care of my teeth which is far from thr truth!! I brush my teeth twice a day and even tried oil pulling for 15-20 min! That shows that I care about my teeth and overall health. I have viva naturals organic, cold pressed castor oil in a brown plastic bottle. Is it safe enough to take it in orally? Please help me. I'd be forever grateful! ❤
Get some 3% hydrogen peroxide and use it as the last step in your routine after oil pulling and brushing. Use it as a gargle/ mouth wash. It would help your tooth. Also a mix of a cup of water , half teaspoon of baking soda and 1/4 tsp of Celtic or Himalayan salt as a rinse too would help you.
I've had Long COVID and have been sedentary for a year and three months due to post exertional malaise. the last three months I've incorporated deep squats back into my routine. Just a few quick stretches multiple times a day. Feels great. I might've pushed it too far today, def felt the burn lol. Hope I feel alright tomorrow.
The optimal health benefit concerning oil pulling with castor oil will be to swallow this afterwards. So you will have to take regularly early in the morning on an empty stomach 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil in your mouth and mix this there with your saliva for 30 minutes (not only 3 minutes) before swallowing this one. While doing this you will not remark anything of the bad taste of castor oil for the receptors concerning castor oil are in the background of the mouth. By salivating castor oil for a sufficient time this one will lose its bad taste, its high viscosity and will no more irritate the mucosa of the stomach. In this manner not only the waste in your intestines will be pushed out but all the toxins deposed in your body (especially methylmercury!) via the liver too.
@@idontcare59 The main problem with all the healthcare and medical professionals is the fact that all these ones know nothing upon the biophysiological effects of castor oil in the human body for in the lectures of a course of medicine at a university nothing will be told upon these facts.
Yes, castor oil pulling is extremely effective for good health. Just remember to spite it out in a tissue & throw in the waste basket. Don’t spit it out in the sink or toilet, it will clog your plumbing.
Did you know... meth doesn't break down in the body, it just passes through. Imagine all the meth heads in your town or city, and it's all mixing into the water that gets recycled ♻️ but i bet its still in the water like forever chemicals 😅 All those pharmaceutical pills passing through people.. going into the water 😂 it's tap water though.. they don't tell the people not to drink it, otherwise they would ask questions.. we wash and cook with it 😅 Water supplies from cities are gross
You dont want to swallow the oil because it has pulled all kinds of bacteria out of your mouth which is not good for you. Im not sure if its ok to spit it out into the sink. It will not solidify in your pipes like coconut oil will when it gets cold. But l sure like the 2 to 3 minute length of time.
Yes I have seen what it does to my natural teeth ..makes them real white and you know no whiteming products on snap in dentures but you can also brush your snap ins with it removing staining and very safe. But like all things like this ask your higenist.
Thanks for the reply, I thought as much, if only that was affordable! In the mean time I have been using regular virgin coconut oil with a drop of cinnamon bark essential oil daily for almost two months now with amazing benifit’s! I have followed this routine with a drink/mouth wash blend of spirulina, green tea and maca root powder mixed with filtered water. This is all I csn afford at the moment and it’s helped tremendously with my painful teeth and receding gums! My tooth sensitivity has ceased since establishing this daily routine and am so glad I gave this a go🥰
@vibekemccoll-mannix1446 oh I totally hear you! The only reason I managed to have it done is my husband had insurance at the time that covered it. That sounds wonderful what you are doing! I also heard a daily mouthwash of bentonite clay and aloe vera is incredible for receding gums and detoxification 🥰
@@ger444 Oh that’s amazing! I’m in Western Australia and dont even know iif we have true natural dentistry in Perth, but good for you! My regular dentist was blown away when I went in to get a clean the other day… hadn’t been in For years and I explained what l had learnt and what I had been doing and amazingly he was supportive and said he could not deny the evidence🤣and to keep it up and look forwards to seeing where it takes my teeth! Got him questioning 🥰 Also, thanks so much for the advice with bentonite clay and aloe Vera, will definitely look into to this.. I’ve been using castor oil too mixed with almond oil and a natural toxic free moisturizer on all my painful areas on the body and massaging my feet and it’s a game changer too! I know castor oil packs are the way to go but I am currently a carer for my husband full time and simply don’t have to excess funds but this little mix I make up is working a treat! Blessings 🕊🕯🌈
I put a few drops of 100% pure turpentine and a few drops of peppermint oil in my castor oil when pulling. The turpentine helps drive the castor oil deeper into the gum tissue, kind of like dmso.
Was looking for an affordable alternative to coconut oil since I have a bad reaction to coconut. This is easily found for a good price at my local drug store.
Please people No Root Canals and no amalgam fillings. When you cut the roots off anything what happens? It decays, and the decay goes to your brain, heart and other body parts.
I had to have my root canal surgically removed after my new dentist discovered it was not done properly from the beginning. Caused me a constant earache. I'm recently onto using organic Castor oil in a glass bottle only for many newly discovered uses! Oil pulling is nit new to me, just changing the oil to my Castor oil that I was gifted! ❤️
@@katanyajason3316but make sure it's also a holistic paste😜 else all yr effort is kinda wasted. I just use either a charcoal herbal tooth powder (has other ingredients too) or just rinse well n then brush if need AFTER breakfast! Or rinse with some herbal made mouthwash..
I was due to have an extraction or root canal last Dec./Jan. did research, had to have biotic stir initial infection as was SOOO painful. Then found oil pulling! Have been doing ever since, reduced to maybe twice a week, but increase if I feel some sensitivity. I eat on both sides of mouth..an even NUTS, on this tooth I was due to have intervention on. Just discovered the castor oil pulling, so may give a try, as I use castor oil for everything! It’s a wonder oil sent down by God!..🙏🏼💕🕊️
Far more efficient than castor oil exclusively for oil pulling will be to take 1 tablespoon (= 1/2 oz = 15 ml) castor oil in your mouth and mix this there with your saliva for 30 minutes - so realizing oil pulling - before swallowing this one you will not have any problems with the taste of castor oil for the receptors concerning the taste of castor oil are not in the front of the mouth but at the back. In this manner castor oil will lose its bad taste, it will become runny and will will no more irritate the mucosa of the stomach.
@@CVenza No, for in this manner castor oil will be predigested: It will lose its bad taste and its high viscosity, further it will no more irritate the mucosa of the stomach.
@@MR-nl8xr not really. I tried it for 30 days and really didnt notice anything. Coconut oil atleast o notice change but its a very slow process. Seems like you must do it consistently for at least 1yr for significant progress..
I remember reading about this years ago, as this was considered a "resting position" for those doing hard physcial labor/house work/ect. After hours in the kithen as a home maker and mother, this is soooo relieving. Also I love that you added how beneficial it is for pregnant women! ❤
