Hello- Machine tending applications can vary in complexity, but with a bit of training, programming a reliable automation cell with an epson robot is very straightforward. The bigger challenge usually tends to be feeding parts to the robot reliably, and the machine cell as a whole. We do offer what we call Machine tending kits-www.pscco.com/robotic-solutions These are semi pre-engineered solutions that take a large portion of the guesswork out of integrating the robot such as mounting, safety, machine interface, even parts feeding.
