WORST company ever. 6/13 Door tag: We missed you. Ah, no you didn't. I was sitting right here, by the buzzer, had the Follow My Driver app open, which bounced to missed delivery. 6/14 Door tag: We missed you. Again, no you didn't I was sitting by the buzzer. I had the Follow My Driver app open and went downstairs when you were nearby to a new door tag. Customer service: We'll deliver Monday. Me: rearranged work and appointments. Saturday: We are coming 2-6 pm TODAY. Oh, ya? What happened to Monday. Delivery details: We attempted delivery at 11:36 a.m. Sending back to shipper. ???
I disagree. Have been trying to find a way of contacting UPS regarding a shipment without having to sign up for an account. I don’t want an account I only want to speak to someone. Terrible service, poorly designed website with no way of contacting someone. No one wants to speak to silly bots!
This is totally wrong. Call customer service and you get a recording with VERY limited options. It won't let you speak to a person. You are just wasting your time calling them. Better to call your local office. Or better still, ship with ANYONE else.
