Anyone who has ever recorded music knows that studio work is an exercise in patience, precision, constant repetition, and working piecemeal. It's transparent to casual listeners, who perceive that they are listening to entire songs rather than thousands and thousands of individual bite-sized takes, but for those of us who have done it, we know the gargantuan effort that goes into these albums, both from the performer and producer perspective. Which makes me love great albums like "Omens" that much more, because at the end of the day, notwithstanding the meticulous studio process, the quality of the songs/artist is what will bring the album through. 🤘
