WARD separates itself from other large trading card games by bringing back the fun that many big games used to be before overly complex systems, rules, and meta ruined what were once great games.
Join WARD and summon your creatures into the battle arena to defeat your opponent through tabletop style dice rolls, magic spells, buff cards, and so much more.
The creators of WARD have played more than enough trading card games than they care to admit. Ward was created out of frustration with the direction that these games have taken in the past 20 years.
We at WARD guarantee that once you play this fantastic game, you are going to quickly forget about all the other TCG's out there.
Bottom line, WARD is fun, really fun. And it's made right here in the USA.
@@elvis723 Ward was created almost by accident. The Casey Brothers originally created Ward just for themselves and a few close friends to enjoy during their “nerd weekends” after discovering how fun Ward was they made the decision to move forward and bringing this incredibly fun TCG to the rest of the world.
That was the #1 goal of Ward. Create a simple TCG that ANYONE can grab a pack and just start playing. And make it FUN. We made you a GAME not just selling a product.
Love this game and bought a ton in the beginning for the art but the new art feels really weird/different, reallyyy hope they go back to the old fantasy style art, they hit a home run with that and honestly broke my Magic addiction for a while lol Wish nothing but the best though as I'm a local Minnesotan as well and want you guys to succeed, and its very cool to see a great TCG coming out of MN!
@@ferallord222 We also loved the old art style, however, the original artist Mark Evan is no longer able to continue with Ward for his own reasons. We wish him nothing but the best and look forward to what Fabricio Vainer can do.
They are currently in the first expansion set. Undead invasion. It expanded the game from 150 base set cards to an additional 150 cards for the expansion.
@@depmode9472 You too can join Ward and find out why it’s taking over players game time. Head to www.ward-cardgame.com/product-page/undead-invasion-starter-pack-generation-2
@@ottoredd2419 We talked about Kickstarter early in. But many of our staff is old fashioned. We started with a limited amount of our own funds and grew from there. This could not have happened if Ward wasn’t so incredibly fun.
@@jukeboxhero30 Gen 1 is sold out everywhere. Only secondary market at this time. Gen 1 will re-release this winter with updated art, card design, text, and balance. The expansion set is available now and is the best way to join Ward.
I feel like the next set released after Undead invasion is going to be of utmost importance on how successful this TCG becomes. Undead invasion is clearly better than the base set and set three needs to be better than the first two.
@@aleckermit There are some cards that are better than Gen 1. However, we designed Gen 2 to be equal to Gen 1. If you are referring to art, design, and wording on the cards, then yes, Gen 2 is superior.
Voice Actress, Fiver, Vickijo. Please for the love of god hire a real person to narrate these. Love this game and want to see it succeed, taking AI shortcuts isn't the way.
Love the game, I have already pre ordered a lot, I have some suggestions about these videos / other marketing. Stop using AI narration (this is a major turn off for many, I tried to get some friends into the game as well. They won't even bother because of the AI narration/AI art history), you could hire a voice actress or actor on fiver or other sites for cheap, this will boost quality and give these a more "real" feel. In marketing shorts, your team picks the weirdest music, kind of jarring and does not fit thematically with the product. Retrowave/Synthwave would probably be better, but I'm in IT not marketing.
@@CloudcroftTCG Glad you like it. Good news is, this art is going nowhere. Bad news, our original artist Mark Evans went MIA on us. We switched to the talented Fabricio Vainer. His style is different, but still holds that 80s 90s comic book style.
@@SSTCG Here is a full game of Ward being played. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vHkgeGpR-uw.htmlsi=Ze6mLrcH9Vir4s0A These are weaker decks, but great for learning.
