There were many kids at the resort when we were there. It has quite a lot to offer regarding entertainment. Also the beach is very kid friendly. The water is warm and the waves aren't too big. Just high enough to do a little body boarding. I don't know which beach in Karon you mean, sorry.
@@PointsTravelTechAustria Thank you for your reply. We are planning to visit Phuket during November. We prefer quite place with good beach. If you could suggest which beach would be better or which resort that would be great. I have shortlisted Le Meridian Khao Lak, Pullman Khao Lak, JW Marriot Khao Lak, Karon Le Meridian and Katathani kata beach, Cape Panwa in Panwa beach. If you can suggest which one would be best to go with kids that would be great. We prefer a good beach with kids club.
We only stayed at the Le Meridien and the JW Marriott. And we don‘t have kids so we don‘t test out the kids clubs, etc. The Le Meridien was quieter and had a similar beach to the JW Marriott. They have a kids club from what I can remember, but we didn‘t stay there very long so I didn‘t see how much they really offered. The JW Marriott has the beach separated in Adults only, and kids. There is a kids pool area that looked really fun with slides etc. There is a kids club and some indoor table tennis and stuff like that. They also had an outdoor movie night at the beach, etc. I‘m sure both are fun for kids. But like I said, I don‘t have any so I can‘t give you a very precise answer.

Wenn du bei Amazon via Payback einkaufst, ist es egal mit was du bezahlst (Kreditkarte oder Wunschgutschein) du bekommst für die Summe des Einkauf die Punkte/Meilen. Hoffe das beantwortet die Frage!

We booked this property for June 14-16 about 6 months ago. Just informed today that our reservation was canceled. Apparently, this property is no longer associated with Hilton. You would think there would be a way to honor the current reservations!!
How does one remedy the issue of needing to have a US phone number registered under your own name (they check with the mobile provider) in order to log on to your account from any device? I signed up for the Venture card for the perks, then once I got it (I'm an expat), even though I'm a US citizen and log in with password, Face ID, and holding my card up to the phone, I still cannot log in without text verification. I tried Skype and that doesn't work either. I haven't had a US phone number in 7 years. Had I known this I wouldn't have signed up and already met the $4000 for the bonus points! Which now I'm not able to access.
In the beginning I used the phone number of a relative. So when I knew I wanted to access my account, I‘d let her know and she was on standby to send me the code she received. This obviously wasn’t too practical so now I have an eSIM line with Tello (really cheap US phone provider) it costs me 7$ a month. I have it on an old phone, but you can just use it as your second SIM card on your phone and turn the line on and off as you please.

@Rosie322 you can just order it online on Tello.com The downside is, the phone needs to physically be in the USA to activate the sim card (only once). Depending on when you will travel to the US next, this can be a bigger inconvenience. I actually gave the phone to a friend who went to the US and activated the sim for me. Your other option is buying a (prepaid) US SIM card on eBay which is already activated. This way you don’t have to visit the US with your phone.
Just traveled TAP 321 Business and I have to say it was the worse Business trip I have ever taken. No welcome wine. No water at each seat. Really cramped space. The seat had limited positions so difficult to sit back without being forced into a sort of horizontal position. When we requested water we were given a glass with 6 ozs at the most. Crew were nice but didn't check on us all night. Had to climb over sleeping partner to go to the bathroom. I had Filet Beef which was too tough to cut so I left it. Other choices were Cod or Lasagna. Breakfast was OK but no juice. All in all I would never suggest TAP Business to anyone. In fact I tell them not to use it. Terrible experience.

Ich glaube das Angebot ist diesen Monat extrem eingeschränkt. Der Fakt, dass LH keine einzige Langstrecke anbietet deutet darauf hin, dass die Airlines sehr gut (mit Cash Tickets) gebucht sind und eigentlich keine Verfügbarkeiten für Sonderangebote haben.
Nein, man sammelt keine Meilen mit der Karte. Die Vorteile im Video sind leider nicht mehr aktuell. Im gepinnten Kommentar siehst du die aktuellen Konditionen.

Das geht kaum. Das sind zwei komplett unterschiedliche Währungen. Die POINTS werden grundsätzlich durch Fliegen mit Cash Tickets generiert und sind für den Status notwendig. Die MEILEN können für Flüge eingelöst werden. Du hast entweder über die Uptrip App die Möglichkeit mit den richtigen Karten an Extra QPoints zu kommen oder mit der Lufthansa Gold M&M Kreditkarte. Meilenschnäppchen gibt es leider nach Japan im Prinzip nicht mehr. Wer in die USA will kann darauf warten aber wer will da schon hin? Asien wird eigentlich nicht mehr angeboten. Ich gehe auch mal davon aus das sich die Preise bald erhöhen. Setze meine jetzt für die First ein.
Konnte letztes Jahr mit der Swiss für 70.000 ein Schnäppchen nach Narita ergattern. Das war echt toll. Ich habe jeden Monat reingeschaut und abgewartet, hatte das Gefühl Asien kommt eher ab Mitte des Jahres.
Yes I‘m Austrian. The breakfast might be included if you book via Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts. But that has nothing to do with Marriott Bonvoy Status and the fact that I had booked with points/certificates.

Bezüglich des Meilenschutzes mit der Bluecard (gilt auch für die anderen) beim Mileage Pooling heißt es auf der M+M Website allerdings, "Der Meilenschutz über die Kreditkarte ist individuell und gilt somit nur für die Meilen der Kreditkarteninhaber:in." Heißt also, der Sammelpartner benötigt ebenfalls eine M+M Kreditkarte um seine Meilen zu schützen. Vllt dann die goldene KK. 😉

I wouldn’t mind exchanging some experiences since I’ve been playing the points game - airline and hotels - for over two decades, if interested. Currently I hold currently Bonvoy titanium status (just for reference ;) ). . I have a few of the cards you mentioned in the video.

Das höre ich nicht zum ersten Mal. Ist super frustrierend aber Google die Situation mal und schau wie das andere gelöst haben. Soweit ich weiß, wenn man alles belegen kann, kann alles wieder rückgängig gemacht werden aber man muss etwas mit Amazon herumstreiten. Viel Glück!
Von mir zumindest nicht. Das ist aber mit der M&M Webseite sehr schwierig. Mein Tipp, suche die Einzeflüge die du möchtest vorab bei bei M&M und wenn du was passendes gefunden hast, notiere dir die Informationen, ruf die Hotline an und lass dir die Route manuell auf ein Ticket buchen. Wenn du deine „Hausaufgaben“ gemacht hast und eben schon die Flüge parat hast, sollten die Mitarbeiter dazu gewillt sein. Die meisten werden ungern für dich alle Möglichkeiten abklappern.
