In and around Reykjavik we have the Jeep dealership Isband and I would recommend it, if you are in the east of Iceland there we have super good mechanics and the garage is called Unicars.
Both my JK and 4xe have stock axles. While almost just driving in snow it’s holding. Jk has 4.10 stock gears and 4xe 5.38 gears. So far haven’t broke anything 🤓
Still waiting on a rebuild kit for the computer. All the lights are on now. Abs traction control break lights and check engine 🥶 hopefully it will happen this month 🤓
What are your axles geared at? (And the F350?) Looks like a blast! I rode in a modified Land Rover in Iceland a few years ago. Such cool rigs and off-road environment!!
@@icerubicon552 A custom job, Nice! I thought maybe it was a kit. If you wanted to do a video on it with a break down of the parts and material, that would be much appreciated. I see you use two different air compressors in the two different jeeps, you could let us know which one you like better and so on. I like the idea of the angled fitting on the JK. Thanks again for posting your unique vehicles and Spectacular Island! Any "Walk Around" videos of your friends trucks would be cool too! Cheers!
