I sure wish my neighbors would train their dogs and love on them properly, instead of leaving them outside all day to bark. These people surely do not care about their neighbors. My POC on that job was QUICK! So very quick to insist that it was for bouncing off the moon to talk to the subs. 1) those antennas couldn't tx low enough to get more than a few mm through water. And you wouldn't bounce off of the moon to do that. 2). There's no advantage to having an array out of the atmosphere but still in the ionosphere to do bistatic reflection that we hadn't solved first in hardware during the 50s and 60s. Then in software starting from the early 80s. Anyway I've had 17 years to figure out how to speak on that subject without going to prison y'all can think about it for the next 17.

Yea bravo for keeping technologies that could change the planet for the better a secret for 50 years or more. Cmon man. There is no reason to keep all that secret for this long. These are the guys who support black projects, the NDAA and the patriot act. They probably support all kimds of authoritarianism. Also the black projects have been using drug and black makrket weapon sales to fund them as well as stealing public money. There is no reason to support any of that and perhaps the cold war was front to funnel trillions into this break away civilization.
