Technically compliant with BS7671 minimum of 1MΩ for low voltage installation. However I believe best practice guides (maybe even G3) will suggest that less than 2MΩ is worth noting as low and potentially requiring some further investigation, this could come as a recommendation to shorten the period between testing and inspections to monitor the situation. In all likelihood the results will improve by either disconnecting that circuits conductors from the neutral and earth bars and pulling down that RCD into the open position, it’s always worth remembering that the schedule of test results requires individual IR results for each circuit, not an IR test of an RCD or other protective device. That is assuming that we’ve checked that things like plugged in devices have been unplugged and things like LED lamps have been removed from fixtures, as again we’re there to test the circuit not connected loads with functional leakage. If I remember correctly that particular Fluke has a pre test function that is fairly reliable at indicating if something sensitive (which usually means it has functional leakage) is still connected. I bet if all six conductors were fully disconnected from their bars or MCB and then tested again with crock clips that the results would be at least a million ohms higher.
There are all sorts of subtle ways to keep ppl submisive in government buildings. Especiall children before the age of 8 and then you will have compliant citizens😮
I worked in the CBD of Sydney in the late seventies , very large flourscent lighting loads and wound ballasts , neutral busbars at the substations where larger than phase busbars from the 3rd harmonic loads
Think it can be a 6 way dual Chris not sure i didn't pay much attention tbh .. was in fault finding mode .. they're manufactured like that so one board fits all if you get me .. disgraceful fitting that, went to a n e fault they couldn't get it reset obviously so no power whatsoever, which is exactly why we don't do rcd main switches anymore
