Clearly you haven’t been to Chicago. I live in texas now but one bedroom apt./condo in Chicago is 150k-200k Same model as these hall share the same building, but for me I want my freedom which we do have
And you know I get that because Chicago smaller than Texas. And not one street over there are houses that you could buy with your own back yard and driveway for the same price😂😂😂😂
This is in houston area, humble and these are a little more similar to the beach houses all clustered together just on the ground lol but at least they get a view. These people view a street and eachother😂😂
Hell I only have 1 neighbor. There very nice people. No drama. However I don't want any neighbors at ALL!!!! When my kids move out my wife and I will downgrade to something smaller and more remote. I'd like a small farm in east Tennessee
No not from a place of privilege, from a place of confusion one street over you could buy a regular house with a backyard and your own driveway for the same price😂😂😂 besides these homes are not made for people with low income it would make sense if you just needed to buy a home. But these homes start at 300k in this neighborhood and here that aint cheap.
I feel like these are target for family or friends who want to live together or close to one another, lien those rich people who buys a neighborhood or a street block to live together I wont lie, if i was rich enough i wouldnt mind buying these houses just so my mom and aunts can live close to each other or jst family to live close together
