Hi dear, you need to setup the parent SKU. In BigSeller can go to any Product Listing (Draft until Active List) and click Bulk Edit & can create the Parent SKU name by bulk. Otherwise, if in Shopee/TikTok/Lazada platform you can go to their product listing & add the Parent SKU name there.
Hi, Why is it after i complete the 4 steps. Why it did not sync the stock figure at Shoppee & Tiktok Shop? Eg. Item A at bigseller 100, shoppee 100 & Lazada100. But after shoppee customer bought 1 unit, bigseller balance 99, shopee 99 but tiktok shope 100
