Hi. Sharing infringes the confidentiality with the Client on one hand, and the professional confidentiality with my employer on the other hand. The model contains more than just geometry. A tutorial is doable with the caveat that it would be pointless for this particular model, because it is too complex for someone who wants to learn only aspects. I would see a better approach to break it into small tutorials that target specific aspects of a project like this, so anyone could take only what he/she needs. Being an engineer and not a youtuber, time is not gentle with my schedule. Still, I am taking this approach into consideration.
Yes. You could create a similar model. It all depends on the project needs and what aspect one needs to model. As for how to create models such as this besides the geotechnical aspect of it (parameters) it is mainly o matter of geometry: dxf files, plaxis run commands, grouping geometry elements and many other wondeful features that plaxis offers.
