Actually It has many details. But In my oppinions, - Brute >> Assassin - Assassin >> Healer , Mage - Mage >> Healer , Savage ,Summon - Savage, Healer ,Summon >> Brute - Knight >> Summon, Shaman - Scaled >> Mage - Void >> Knight , Brawny and other combo is depend on situations.
This question is hard to answer. Because It has many details and no have perfect combo that guarantees to win the game. but My basic tips that can be applied to every game. 1. Always press the Tab key to view your opponent's build and find a way to counter them. 2.The pool of heroes is limited. If many players are using the same build, don't contest with them. look for an alternative build. It would be more helpful if you asked specific questions, such as: "Why did you choose these items?", "What were your thoughts during that round?", "Why did you arrange the heroes like that?", or "Why did you pick or sell those heroes?" "Why did you decide to use this build in this match?" This way, I can provide you with more details.
In the early game, My focus is just save gold and leveling up not rolling. you will have many 1-star heroes. but don't worry You can start to roll When level 7, It's highest percent to find tier 3 heroes to make three star. and evolve tier1 and tier2 heroes to two star. Mix build, It must adjust to any situations. In my video, you will see me consistently pressing the Tab key to check my opponents. Example, If I see they are many physical teams, I will go Warior ,Knight or Brute. If lack of damage, find Hunter, Heartless or Savage. If they have strong frontline I will build Assassin. In my playlist ,Dota underlords EP. 16 , EP.19 , EP.20, Subtitles are available. You can check them out for a better understanding what I do. I hope my tips can help you. 😁
