I've been stuck on actually committing to a park build since the game came out but this template really helps things feel less daunting. I might build the park similar to this series but with my own spin.
all of this custom scenery looks great. the problem is, the more and more and more stuff you put in the game, the more it starts to lag. PC is great and the pinacle of the coaster park games. But unfortunately our computers haven't caught up to the demand of the most insane looking realistic parks created in this game.
Ive Always been wondering, whos the manafacturer of the coaster at 1:18 cause ive ridden this layout before at a local park and wanna know where else it comes up
I still hope for a mode which makes the management side more interesting in late-game. Money-making is too easy in planet coaster after you got one good ride.
Oh, thank goodness. I stopped trying to do any interior work because I kept getting stuck inside structures and camera moves super slow when you're stuck in a wall. Just using the mouse for direction and zoom in/out is very difficult. I had no idea about the free cam or guest cam thing. I'll have to try this.
They mentioned even more, for example: - better management inluding heatmaps ( should lead to better waste, crime, maintenance etc. management) - coasters 0-car theming: we should be able to add theming elements to the zero car of a coaster. - i think i read somewhere we will get drops tracks and similar (but not sure where - so grain of salt)
We need transfer tracks/switch tracks and 2 station tracks. We need more realistic ride breakdowns like how it can get stuck mid air on flat rides, and coasters on lift or any block points. And when maintenance comes along, maybe require 3 minimum of them to start up the ride. Adding emergency evacuations would make things cooler and the thing would be realistic since not everyday will be a good day. Next let’s talk about guest interaction. Let’s say the rides are rough or needs re track. Well I want them to interact more with the park. Lastly, we need ride attendants/operators checking seats. This is a must do. As well as being able to operate the rides and allow the weather to affect the park. These are my ideas.
It would be great if you could import also the DLC from the PC1. I would have thought the basic underlying model would allow this. Can't wait to see what else is coming in PC2.
oh my god, oh my god you guys. yay finally. some good news revolving this little game of ours. they had me at waterslides, but I'm staying at RESIZING!! If i had a nickel for every time i wished that. I would be so rich. What a good day.
