Fortunately, there are these shot versions of love stories on YT and I don't have to waste my time on a long film only to find out they're not together in the end. I can't handle tragic romanses XD
OMG. A humble love between two and very tortured young adults and you see their love beneath the odds. I cried at the ending 😪 I am so happy I found the book series and found out there was more to their story to play out... ❤ I love the book series and wish they would make the next three into films. Never Fade & In the Afterlight are really good. I am yet to read Darkest Legacy. I know its about Zu but is it a prequel or sequel or both. Is it worth a read?
I literally just rewatched the movies. I have to say, it’s not that bad. I actually find it quite enjoyable! Liam and Ruby’s relationship is so cute and yet heartbreaking😔Also, I NEED to know if Chubs okay amd if all the main characters are United again!!! I haven’t read the books though, so there’s something to be excited about.
Give free rein to your imagination people! What would a child between Hugo and Alita look like? (well, assuming they could have children) Would it be a boy or a girl? What would it be called? Would he look like the dad or the mom? Would he be human or would he have some kind of special ability? I bet Alita would name her son "Galaxy Destroyer 3000"
Why does everyone treat Hugo like some good guy with a heart of gold? Why would Alita even fall for him? The majority of his youth was spent attacking and mutilating innocent people, cutting them to pieces and ruining any chance at life, all for his own profit. He claims he's not so bad because he and his pals didn't directly kill anyone while doing it, and that is supposed to make him good? So if some dirtbag on the street were to grab someone in your family and cut their arms and legs and other parts off, but leave them breathing, still, I guess they are good guys, too? After all, they didn't KILL them. They just left them in a state worse than death. And these are people who already have next to nothing in life, but Hugo and his friends made life 1000s of times worse and ruined countless lives. And until he met Alita, he didn't have a single ounce of remorse for any of it. How is he a "good" guy, again? I'd love to hear the explanation. He is the definition of selfish and evil.
He was a good guy at heart, but as a young boy, they sold him an image of Zalem that wasn't the reality. So in order to pursue his dream, and so his friends, they jacked parts of cyborgs. It's the only way to earn a lot of money. But they were all deceived by Nova. So after hanging out with Alita he understood that what he was doing was wrong. The turning point for me was when he saw Grewishka with the Kinuba's grindcutters in the bar for bounty hunters. He and his team jacked this for Vector. He was, unfortunately, at the bottom of the food chain, so Nova did everything he could to kill him in order to hurt Alita. Sadly he succeeded. Now, Alita has only one goal: to kill Nova and destroy Zalem. We can see that at the end, when she is in the stadium locker room crying because she started all this for Hugo and her. He wasn't there anymore.
@@PhlilipeAlves Okay, so you basically just recapped the movie for no reason, I've already seen it a few dozen times. That doesn't explain how he is a good guy at heart when he knowingly and willfully mutilated people for money. Doesn't matter what dream he had, it doesn't justify torture and mutilation. Other people make a living in Iron City without resorting to violent crimes. He wasn't some naive little boy who didn't know any better, he was a grown man, knowing exactly what he was doing and didn't care. Again, am I a good person at heart if I kidnap your loved one and surgically remove their limbs without actually killing them? Am I a good person because I only did it because I wanted to move to Europe and live my dream life there? It is the exact same thing. Evil incarnate.
@@TruOnyxfire you have to read again what I wrote. He is a good guy, yes, but he made somes mistakes. He understood what he was doing was wrong. So he wanted to stop. A lot of people are nice persons but, bad influences and poor choices make them to do bad things. Even if he didn't kill anyone, Alita saved his soul at the end. That's why he thanked her before his doom.
