The Final theory of him dying in battle doesn't make sense. And him dying from old age generates a ton of questions like how he got revived so young and all. The best theory that fits perfectly is that he died from a disease. This whole reason makes it one of the worst plot hole.
naruto was being protected by the leaf so why would anyone kill him plus he was the 9 tails jinchuriki i dont think jiraiya would have wanted to take care of a child obito hated the village for not saving rin and also he wanted the 9 tails to wreak havoc and hashirama died of old age
Starting with your statement "obito hated the village for not saving rin" : It was completely mist's fault until Rin got 3 tails sealed inside her. And when they were returning back to the village, rin chose to die after realizing 3 tails was inside her. No villager or the village knew about it. It's just like sasuke trying to destroy leaf village which his brother Itachi loved and died protecting. Obito did the same. Obito destroyed the village which rin died protecting. The next one, Naruto being Uzumaki + Having the 9 tails is the reason why people would try to kill him. Like the Akatsuki for tailed beast, and others, for him being Uzumaki. Why bother giving him Uzumaki surname if they couldn't give Namikaze? Why not just give him a random surname?

I mean to be fair Naruto’s birth was very secretive so her enemies didn’t really know where or when Naruto was born they didn’t even know his Naruto’s name or what he looked like even the fact that Naruto was Minato’s son was held from the village
Then why was Naruto not given Namikaze as a surname? Obviously, minato had made several enemies during the war who could try to eliminate his bloodline. Wouldn't the enemies of Uzumaki clan be more dangerous than the enemies of Namikaze clan? And many people outside the village had intel on Naruto. Why bother giving either Namikaze and Uzumaki? The exact reasoning about why Naruto was not given Namikaze as a surname can be used in case of Uzumaki as well. FunFact: In episode 247, Kushina while being visibly pregnant, walks away from village and meets sasuke's mom Mikoto. If there was someone else, wouldn't they question about Kushina's pregnancy?

The actual answer would be that kishimoto hadn't planned about Ishiki's story at the beginning. Initially, Ishiki was just like a character who came along with Kaguya. Even if we consider things, (and I may be wrong in this one) But Jigen was way weaker than Kaguya. As we know, Jigen is an imperfect vessel for Ishiki. So, Ishiki couldn't defeat kaguya anyway... The reason why Jigen was able to kinda defeat Naruto and Sasuke was due to him absorbing 10 tails chakra along with his certain karma abilities. That's why Ishiki waited for kawaki to become a perfect vessel.
@Verse-Tube That tells you kaguya was indeed a threat, even though she caught isshiki off-guard that's pretty impressive for the amount of damage she did just in her base form. They also had to split them up because if isshiki and Kaguya showed up togetjer it would of been over for the leaf. Another thing momoshiki was only confident in punishing kaguya because he thought he would face her base form, momoshiki didn't even know kaguya had the god tree until Urashki told him. What you think about Amado, some say he could of appeared in naruto if he wanted too, all the sudden he knows about everyone but like you said no one even mentions kaguya
Currently, things are messed up. As I said, if thing are not cleared till the end of the story, these will definitely be considered as plot holes. But I hope kishimoto comes up with preety good reasoning.

Doffy was a manipulator so is Loki so luffy will free him after getting manipulated and then get defeated at first but then he develops strong haki and strong coq and defeat loki
