Hi @Apc Fix, found your video looking for solution for my SMT750i. I have opposite problem actually, it faults with "Output over volt" error while a main line goes down (power is disconnected). I cannot find any service manual describing the problem. Can you maybe have some advice? Thanks in advance.
Hello, Mr APC. My smartups has the same issue. I watched the video and saw that ralay has 6 pins, but the link you have supplied is for an eight pin relay, which one is the correct? Sorry for any english mistake.
Some models use a 6-pin relay, and some models use an 8-pin relay. Both are correct, if your model use 6-pin relay then remove two pins from 8-pin relay. For your kind help see these 2 photos in the given below link: drive.google.com/file/d/1kNR25gG1SG6I63OtqdbzBKzu3zUlGMJb/view?usp=drive_link
@@ApcFixthx for previous reply. One more question: you showed 2 types of relay, one with a single line and the other with a double line. Can I use either one? Or is there one of them that is correct?
@@danielpfmarinho Only use double points rely for light blink issue. Double point relay has different from single point relay in term of connection type. I showed single point relay for information only.
Hello Mr. Apc fix I wanted to ask you this question since can I know the function of the variable found on the battery compartment of the sua 750i because I changed my the batteries to lithium ion so it’s normal lead acid battery is 27.3 volt and lithium ion 28.9 volt. Can it be the charging voltage variable? If no please tell what’s that.
Hello @ApcFix. I have this problem on a SUA3000-BR, I don't have the serial cable, but I have the USB communication cable, is there a way to apply the correction, or will I really need a conventional serial cable?
For apc ups calibration you need an apc serial communication cable (APC 940-024c). Visit this website for help: www.eevblog.com/forum/dodgy-technology/scheiderapc-smart-signalling-scam-%28serial-cable%29/
Hello APC fix actually can you help me by trying this task, Just try in pluging your apc calibrated ups of it then cold start it without it being plug to mains. Then tell me the output frequency whether it is 50 or 60hz.
What I meant is that I just want to change it output permanently frequency to 50Hz so I can on it in 50Hz eve if there is not mains available. Please read it carefully.
Hello Mr.APC fix, the problem with my APC smart 700 is that it only works with a frequency of 60Hz when coldstarted offline when restarted it gives out 50Hz only when the power cut off. How can i make it to give out 50Hz when I restart it offline?
@@orlypalomar In the free version: You can only fix the battery constant value. But, in the full version: You can fix the following value listed below. 1. Mains input voltage 2. AC upper volt, and lower volt. 3. Battery volt cutoff setting. 4. Battery constant value too. I was downloaded this software from the website, and unfortunately the website is no longer available. Details about the full version (Owner contact information, email etc.) were also listed in the website.
The problem I am facing is related to the battery charging bars on my UPS. When the electric supply is connected, the battery bars indicate the charging level accurately. For example, if the battery is charged to 30 percent, two bars on the indicator light up. Similarly, if it is charged to 50 percent, the indicator shows lights for 50 percent, and when the battery is fully charged to 100 percent, the indicator displays a full bar. However, the issue arises when the electric supply is disconnected. At that point, the UPS battery bars drop to the last bar, regardless of the actual battery charge level. When the electric supply is restored, the battery charging process starts from the last bar instead of accurately reflecting the remaining charge.
brother, you need to change the constraints value and then consider your batteries are new. I recommend a video on "AT Online" This channel helps me a lot even though they provide commands and software links and also explain in detail how you can make a cable for it because with normal cable you can't configure this ups.
First, check battery connectivity, and then check the UPS Calibration. How to Calibrate APC UPS watch this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-byoJ_7oV7sk.html
