A man crashed into people with his truck as they were celebrating the 4th of JULY in Corlears Park. 11 people were injured, 3 have died and the others , some of whom are in the hospital are fighting for their lives.

The George Floyd tragedy happened when Trump was in office so legislation to counteract this should have passed before he left office. However, we all know how racist Trump is. He did not encourage change in legislation nor in holding law enforcement accountability. Now the House of Representatives and the Senate should have written legislation to address the issue, our representatives should have worked together in a spirit of bipartisanship and made legislation that Presented Biden would sign into law. We know how divisive and ineffective the republicans have become and how little progress they have made towards enacting any legislation of real value. They are unwilling to compromise or even consider making the American people lives better if it doesn’t involve tax cuts for the rich and corporations. Or the cutting of ‘entitlements’ for poor people. To blame this on Biden shows an astounding lack of understanding of how government works. Which in turn leads to uninformed voter choices and consequences of that ring long into our future. On the positive side, since the federal government is ineffective in making change many progressive states have made real change to their law enforcement practices & policies that will/should prevent tragedies like George Floyd from happening in their state.

What did they think was going to happen with this kind of advanced technology, it makes perfect sense. This is what greed do. Take the place of a human being. This technology is moving too fast. Went from horses to cars to trains to planes. Now to flying saucers, this technology is giving me alien vibes.
Yes, they have taken this new technology to a whole nother level and its "frightenting" to hear them say it may go beyond their control. They've given all access to information that exist with a goal of becoming "a unified system" which is global in reach. Think of the current surveillance in place and compare that with what they'd do with this technology that is global and can identify where you are, why you're there and with whom? We already have cell phones and TV's surveilling us, so what kind surveillance would they implement with Artificial Intelligence, which is designed to give a more detailed description? You should check out what they're doing in China. They use intelligence to describe everything about you right on a screen, from the credit rating to whether or not "you're 10" as far as being attractive.

I find it to be a very complex situation. Nevertheless, I could not help but attempt to address it at the risk of sounding like I'm "racist" or "placing blame where it doesn't belong, because I feel until rightly understood, those who are fighting this fight will never understand the gravity and the magnitude of what is taking place. Perhaps they don't care. And perhaps, it's not that deep for them requiring a deeper look. And for those for whom that is true they are perfectly free to fight whatever fight they choose to as best they deem fit. But there can be no justice absent truth. And if we don't want to deal with the truth and allow hatred, prejudice and bias lead us in our decisions - then we are no different that than those we deem wrong, and hateful and prejudiced who act underneath the cover of law and beat and murder innocent victims. So America has to make a decision along with all those within it: Shall there be "liberty & justice for all" or not! That is the question.

That's problem: The world wants to ignore the crimes against "people of color". They are comfortable depicted as "superior" with all others as "inferior". Every fight has been polite and diplomatic with the families of the deceased wanting peace. We all want peace. But peace at the price of "ignoring" White Supremacy and the part it plays in police murders has gotten us "continual demands for justice" while the murders continued. So, why not address the elephant in the room? I don't know what you mean by the "whole world being with me until BLM hijacked it, what did they hijacked? Where in fact are they in the midst of these murders? Because they have far more resources than I do, to go out and take a bold stand against it.

That is expected when people are accustomed to the same narratives given that leaves a system blameless, while focusing on those murdered as having done something to deserve it. In the midst of that are police who "feared for their safety" and murdered "unarmed, innocent people". If you, or anyone else can view these murders as just a "sad, sad, tragedy" having nothing to do with police, the white racists within it, and a system which applauds, promotes and gives "paid vacations" after murdering innocent victims - you in fact would be A LIABILITY to this cause. Those five officers worked for that system, we're trained by that system and had they been "white" perhaps a clearer understanding would be given. Their superiors understand it and dismantled that entire operation. Not because they murdered Tyre Nichols but because "a closer look" into what was being done and how and to "whom" is now being investigated. And then we can again revisit WHITE SUPREMACY and the part it plays in policing.

We were in the building next to the first explosion. The only other place that reported this was the citizen app. We thought it was a terrorist attack.
Wow. Being in the next building had to be terrifying! Everyone heard it and had no idea what it was: some thought it was thunder and others thought it was bombs dropping. And I certainly can understand why. What's amazing to me is "zero" coverage in the media and no explanation to residents in the area as to what occurred and why.
