If you have a curiosity about ETs you may want to look into Bashar. Just another guide, but a fun one... especially the older sessions from the 80s and 90s. His primary message is similar to Sergey's approach with the medicine. He has spoken on these skulls also... it's another tool. Diving into the ET rabbit hole a little bit led me to a personal experience connecting with some ETs (perhaps), in Sedona. Years later it's easy to question that memory. I need to be happier with my Earth life, though, before it feels right to explore those kinds of possibilities in earnest.

As far as external tools and teachers go... psychedelics are probably the least external, most intimate, most powerful and direct way when you need some help. That's why I've come back to them.
@@huachumawasi5817 Howard was my first shamanic teacher as well and still my favorite to this day. His teaching style of shedding some ego and learning to listen goes beyond words. His daughter Selva is now a Principal Maestra at the sanctuary, ever since Howard ascended to the other side of the veil few years ago. Ive seen these cactuses in front of homes and fields. I think it's San Pedro because San Pedro is one single cactus that sticks straight up like a dick lol and it looks like it would be a star if its cutted in slices. I also hear it's legal and can be purchased at home Depot or Lowe's!! Also is that a brugsmania tree in the background??
