A good Doctor Who anime would be literally the only Anime I would watch even though I don't like Anime. Also, how did a Cybermen win against A Dalek ship?
I want to see The 11th Doctor as Lead, 10th Doctor as Second, Third Doctor as the Mentor, Rose as leading chick, 4th Doctor as that op character who seems goofy, 6th and 7th Doctor as Comic Relief, Jack, Brigadeer and Whoever as that guy who has focus every season! Then for the villains we first had a starter with the Sontarans then we get into the Autons which we're controlled by Master 1st Master, Then up into gets into duels with Third Doctor, Thus Master controls the sea devils after then 3 beats Master in a fight then accidentally kills him! Placing the corpse of the Downfalled Evil Time Lord into so he can't regenerate, Then The crew meets the Cybermen which were made by a Mad Scientist which was Derek Jacobi's Master and with 9th Doctor as his aide! But then 9 gets a redemption arc and the cybermen are now over for awhile! Then again we get Davros! Who kills The Third Doctor, Then goes forward Master turns into Ainley gets revenge etc.
there is something wrong about this animation, can't quite put my finger on what it is but there is something wrong about it, still, a really good video 🔥
The animation is genuinely incredible for the work of basically one guy, but I gotta laugh at the bashing-your-action-figures-together vibe of the whole thing. You've got the Daleks, Davros, Cybermen, two Masters, Sontarans, UNIT, the US military, and none of it is remotely coherent. We even get a delightful "and also Sutekh was there" moment. Chef's kiss.
I wish the series had been revived as an anime rather that the current iteration. Ive been a fan since i was a child in the 1980's. I grew up watching 70's repeats and all series up to, and including the 7th doctor. Watching this makes me ever more sad about what Doctor Who has become, and what it could have been.
a significant majority of the show's current fanbase grew up watching the Tennant/Smith years, would you really deny them that? If Doctor Who had been revived as an anime, it would have been a short-lived niche thing. Get some perspective.
I don't think this makes sense, but Doctor Who is still niche, at least globally. If Doctor Who were more popular, there would certainly be an incentive for works like this, such as better-budgeted animated series, films and even an anime, perhaps an anthology with various animation styles, expanding the Doctor Who universe and winning over new fans. But I would never want the main series to cease to exist, it must remain the main media
@@ChampionLightningEX I'll always stand by 12. The scripts weren't as good during his era but he was the best Doctor we've ever had, played by an actor who knew his stuff better than the writers did. Series 10 in particular is my favourite of all the New Who seasons, especially the impeccable finale with Missy and the Master
