The man she truly loved, & left Luke 2x's for. His pack was small & not wealthy like Luke's. So they both planned to take advantage of Luke's obsession for her, & have HIM pay for everything to save her life. Then she could run back to her lover, happy & healthy. Luke went full on rage mode, & maimed the skank. He injured the other dude badly, before the other pack members were able to subdue him. All 3 died🤷🏻♀️.
Either ending works for me. Knowing that the FL found a better alpha to mate with her after the betrayal of Luke with Ayla and Emily rebuilding herself every painful step, I can say that I'm happy. So Luke regrets it now? Tough cookies! He doesn't have the skank or the "better substitute" as a mate. Snort! That's called karma.
As far as I can tell the story is screen grabbed from a website that doesn't allow text selection then using OCR to produce the text. I sometimes comes out as l or 1 when that happens. Then text to speech reads it out

Honestly I’m not gonna lie this main character got me tight as I’ve never been so angry at a story before where I just wanted to beat down every single last person in my line of you because literally the fact that he let his wife and her partner basically make him out to be a cuck is sad. The only good thing that he did was tell that man’s wife everything that’s the only good thing he did in the story besides everything else he was basically bitch made. His parents told him that he should’ve married her and literally everyone around him knew that she was going to want to be with this man again so that was even his fault but the biggest warning sign that he avoided with the fact that she was screwing around this man for years. After they got married, anniversaries and birthdays literally everything revolved around this man she was obsessed to a large degree. Honestly I don’t feel sorry for him for being beaten up by this man because he was a bitch made to a large degree and it’s not some thing I can say lightly because it is disappointing and disgusting to see. The sad part is there are actually men like this out in the world and I was nearly going to be one of those men which scares me the most.
