I have this. and i got it at a young age with no healthcare treatment. i'm 35 now and just got a hearing aid last year. I just can't handle the added input. It causes anxiety attacks.

I've received my Saatva Classic last Thursday on sale and so far am sleeping well. I'm a senior female, 5'4", 139 lbs, mostly side sleeper, and I got the 11.5" Queen Plush. It seems like a keeper. Prior to this I tried a well known latex mattress, but it was not right for me so I returned.
ty for this review, I am a senior and going through years of horrible mattress and anything under 1500 has either been too hard (fibromyalgia) or too soft and I end up sinking/rolling towards the center ...in last decades, the prices have gone up but quality down... so I'm deciding between a marriott hotel inner spring or the saatva plush bc I am a side sleeper, the marriott is a medium firm which may be too firm for me, and they are not returnable...I just hope the plush stays supportive over time?
Well done. Have you done any testing on the Sleep Number mattresses? I am a quadriplegic from a spinal cord injury and I've had one in the past . It gave me a nice softer mattress for sleeping but then nice and firm for getting dressed etc.
I like and believe in P.T. View! I have arthritis everywhere plus spinal issues, fibromyalgia, and sleep, hot! What would you recommend for me? Question!

I just purchased the Helix Midnight Elite. I haven't had a chance to try it yet as I am waiting on a new platform bed in full size to be delivered. I hope it's awesome because it wasn't cheap.

I have found that getting outside in early morning light for 15 minutes was a huge game changer for me. I am able to get sleepy at bedtime and wake up naturally with no issues with waking up in the night. I am strict at going to bed at the same time every night, and my body has adjusted to fall asleep really quickly, I really have issues if I drink an alcoholic drink near bedtime (or at all). Wearing a comfortable black padded sleep mask that I got from a local drugstore has worked wonders too. Completely blocking light has helped me sleep with no disturbances. Thank you for this video. I think you have great advice and information.
