Hi there, I'm Jigna. Welcome to my fluid art channel. I fell in love with acrylic pouring at the end of 2018 to recover from depression and anxiety, then I started this channel in 2019. After a year or so, I started pouring resin and tried so many different resin art methods. Some I have created my own like fire/flame effect on resin. On this channel, I am documenting my journey and making some tutorials for you all.
Please subscribe, leave your feedback and let me know what you want to see on this channel so I can come up with new videos! Happy watching and pouring everyone 💖💖💖

Did you use just resin or epoxy to do the pens and at the end to fill them i use to make them with epoxy. i would love to use just resin. beautiful pen i am excited to use the straws the ink always just floated up tysm
@BeckyF-dn8kq They are pendants. I got them from Temu. They actually glow in the dark. I got this idea from Richard on FB group who came up originally with this skull. I haven't got video. First I poured little clear resin between top of the eyes and add pendant, placing mold on side way on top of dragon mold for support. I kept checking every 15 mins to make sure pendant stays in place until resin starts setting up. Next day I poured black pigmented resin and filled all the way up. You have to make a mark on back of pendant so when adjust it you have it right way around as it keeps moving in circle too. Hope this helps 😊
Cool art! I have tried to put micah powder on my silicone mold before and it was so hard to clean it up into the shape I needed before pouring the resin, so respect for making it look so neat!!
Hello. Im glad i just found you. You do beautiful work and i love these sets you make. ❤ So pretty and such a good idea for gifts or to sell. And i havent seen the straw method before! What a wonderful idea! Thankyou ❤️😊
Yes, it was clear resin. I normally pour on top and move where I want my wave starts from. White goes right on the edge of clear resin. It helps to white pigment to move around. Hope this explanation helps. There is a couple of big surface ocean arts videos on my channel where you will be able to see properly.
Now that I have the pens, I'm having trouble finding the correct straws. The coffee stirrers are too small and the clear straws that I got from Amazon are a little too big. What straws do you suggest that I get (i.e.: size)? Thanks again.
I'll record a video on how to make holes smaller or bigger when I get a chance. I typed down a long explanation to your comment around 2 weeks ago, but I think I didn't hit the send button. That's why my reply is missing 🤦♀️
I purchased my pen silicone molds with refills and caps from Amazon. The refills are 5.5 inches, but the tip is so much smaller than the straw. You do show that there is a way to make the hole in the straw larger. Is there a way that I can make the hole smaller? What do you suggest?
If you make a hole smaller, still those reffill won't work in straw. Those reffill don't have support on tip which holds them in straw. You have to buy Bic brand pens and take the reffill out from the pens. Bic pens come in different colours.
Where do you get pen refills with that end that fits into the tube? Every pen refill I see is just the pen tube but doesn’t have that bronze bit that snaps into the tube
I use transfer tape. I buy from Alison on FB. Sometimes, I use masking tape as well. It also works well. Check my instagram, I have done a short video on masking tape. Hope it helps 🙏
All the final looks are shown at the end of the video. So you have missed during the video, check at the end. All videos also break down in timestamps, so you can click on a particular part to watch that specific part of the video, which can be found in the description box, too. The final look of the hearts in this video is at 31:46. Thank you for your comment and for subscribing to my channel 💖🙏
Thank you for this recipe breakdown. I have been at a loss on what pillow paint I could use as most recipes state Behr or Gliddens, neither of which are available in the UK. I did manage to get dime Dulux Untinted Base C so will try that for the medium, if it doesn’t work I’ll pop over to B&Q for some Valspar.
Deluxe untinted base C also works. All untinted ones look milky but dry clear. When you open the tin first, stir well from the bottom to the top. Good luck you got this 👍
I'm sorry. My voice is really quiet during the recording. I normally turned the volume up to 200% when I edit the video. I think I forgot to increase the volume when I edited this video 🤦♀️ Really sorry about this 😢
The pens are available in all supermarkets, WH Smith and other stationery storesThey come 10 in yellow packaging. The brand is BIC Cristal Original. Btw, I live in the UK so I got from the UK store. Thank you 😊
