Hi sis, so you can cook West African Food...nice. my partner is coming from Cameroon. I do cook Egusi but for some reason I'm not a fan of it, especially the smell of Grey fish😂😂. I alwys have herbanero chilli in the house because he likes spicy food. Lol they like to mix Proteins 😂. Damn you cooked it very well
@@athomewithsarahmakwele2788 Hi Sis, thanks for the compliment ❤️🙏🏾. I really enjoyed the Egusi and it was my first time ey!😁 The crayfish wasn’t that bad, it was the stock fish for me. You can try using a bit of curry next time even if you are not supposed to use it for Egusi, it helped a lot. As for the habaneros, I only bought three and used one😅, I can’t handle spicy food.
