If you are looking for an easier way to learn guitar, then you are at the right place!
Our passion at Worship Guitar Skills is to help guitarists find their own unique voice and improve their skills so that they can better serve their worship teams.
This is making incredible sense. I’ve taken up a new role on our team from playing acoustic and leading vocals to now playing hybrid between rhythm and lead while still leading vocals and it’s been incredibly stressful from a focus standpoint. Thank you!
Also touching on how God doesn’t give is a spirit of fear and translating that to fear of playing a wrong note greatly improved my perspective and mental. Thanks again!
Hi @simshep Thanks for your comment. Glad the video helped! I can imagine how all of that could be stressful, goodluck! Hope to hear from you again soon.
I know I am not supposed to want other peolpes things but if PRS would clone your guitar slong with all the tone you get from it and your kemper I would be a very happy man. The two of you seem inserable. Thank you for all you do and God Bless.
Hi, yes we do. When you purchase our song patches, it includes the Helix, Hx stomp and the Pod Go. Here's a link to the shop shop.worshipguitarskills.com/
Awesome!! Do you have a tutorial on how to use the chords you use and also have available a PDF of the chords you use. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi @edjazz39 Thanks for watching. I do have a video for you, and here's the link ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gIAgQb_9zj8.html There is also a resource that goes with it see the chord chapes etc. Enjoy
Hi, thanks for the comment. It should be the first link in the description, and it seems to be working from our side. I can paste it here as well. Let me know if it's still giving problems. bit.ly/wgs-diads-pdf
I had an accident with my hand and I have trouble muting some of the strings on the voicings. Is there something I can purchase to help me mute some strings
Hi @JohnGaspara-wr9bc I'm sorry to hear that. I don't know about something like that at this time, but I've seen people tying a cloth or something around there guitar nut to mute the strings. Maybe try that, hope it helps.
I'm using the Kemper Profiler for my sounds, with all the effects built in. It's mainly the basics like overdrive, compression, delay and reverb. Thanks for watching.
Sorry we actually don't sell them separately. You can go look at some of our courses here if you're interested, some of them has the backing tracks included. academy.worshipguitarskills.com/course-store Thanks for the comment.
Hi @mikefojas5064 I think when playing only 2 notes at a time (Diads), it tends to work better with more sustain in your tone. So for acoustic I don't think it will work as well as for electric, but I do think it will definitely help you with your overall guitar knowledge and will definitely help you work your way up the fretboard. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.
Amazing video! I think the 4-2 voicing might be called 6th intervals though (major and minor 6th intervals) in case anyone wants to learn more about them.
