Please do not do this to your cats they have a vulnerable spot that you should not be touching witch is their stomach, if you are not careful and touch that area they can start to be aggressive with you and not trust you! When your cat is in heat I recommend to give them a comfortable place for them to rest but make sure that the resting place is warm,and you should be very gentle with them if you are not they can feel threatened,unpleased,or not safe. Make sure they have a clean litter box if the litter box is not cleaned they can feel overwhelmed and pee on places like your bed,blanket,couch and lots of others. If your cat is moving around a lot that means they are in pain, if they are make human noises or deep howling noises relax them by petting/scratching in between their ears and play with them when they are playful. I'm glad to hear this cat has been spayed. Let me be mean: if you don't spay/neuter your pets, youre a bad owner. Either you're breeder, in which case: screw you, or you're an idiot, in which case: screw you. Spay and neuter your pets. You're taking a responsibility for that animal and it's in distress because of your inaction. It's fine if you can't do that at the moment because the animal has failing health or whatever, but if it's not, it's your responsibility to help your pet.

My cat just got over this she would creep towards me while staring at my face. I'd try not to make eye contact . She would take eye contact as an invite 😬. meanwhile my gf watches and laughs. This cat would wait for me to be in another room and come out of nowhere once she knew my girl wasn't present she's was Mad Rapey
Oh my god this is sad to watch cuz it gives me a more clear understanding of the fact that THIS is wut female cats go through when they’re in heat.Jeez this is just animal instinct right there but PLEASE tell me you got her spayed after she wasn’t in heat anymore.
Yes we did! We had to wait for her bloodwork to be ok before we spay her. So unfortunately, she went through a couple of heat cycles. We tried our best to calm her whenever we can 😊

My almost-10 month kitten just started her cycle this month. She has become extremely affectionate and keeps headbutting no matter what I do. Lots of trilling and “presenting”. She seems to like to lay on the heated blanket, and that slows/stops the episodes of amorous behavior. I don’t know what else to do until her spay appointment comes around…
The worst part is they try to piss in certain Areas to let male cats know her scent of urine. Mine pissed on my bed once and then she did it mutliple times, i couldn't even let her in my room for 1 minute or otherwise she would immediately piss on my bed
My cat doesn’t like her belly touched so I tried to give her a massage from above (to the lower half of her body) + some pettings under her neck and it kinda worked :D
My 4 year old Cali had 2 fairly normal heat cycles but never suffered like this girl! I was dreading the first cycle, since I know all too well what can happen, such as the presence of tom cats fighting, spraying and the stares from neighbors. Besides, cats are not allowed where I live, and I was not thrilled about having to keep her inside! She was spayed with no complications and wouldn't you know, 1 week after her spay I look out my bedroom window and there are 3 ( think the 3 Stooges lol ) toms, staring at Cali and then each other but not fighting! They all looked love sick, thank heavens for spay surgery. Gorgeous cat!
She was a little upset maybe even confused but I know she felt sad about scratching her owner and was upset you made her do it to you🥺 It all worked out for the better 😻😸
