The cars comparison would be more accurate if compared a normal sports car that has all the luxuries and comfort stuff in comparison to a race car that is much faster but has no comfort whatsoever
If you use the high end analog equipment you will also get rather good quality. The most important advantage besides the feed never getting choppy (which can be incredibly disorienting, depending on how choppy it is), which helps to not loose orientation, is the lower latency, which is important if you are either racing or just intend to get incredibly close to things all the time. The often cheaper equipment will also be cheaper to replace since you are getting close to stuff, you should also crash more often and break something more often. Always keep that in mind: Especially with FPV droning, you will be crashing a lot. And since youre also going quick, you will be crashing very hard often. So you not only have to spend money on 1 drone, but spend money on the same couple drones all the time for the same pieces of equipment over and over and over again. If you buy a DJI FPV drone with the rest of its set, crashing will be expensive, so you will likely not want to do maneuvers that are as risky. But the DJI FPV and especially the Avata arent super quick anyway, making it slightly easier to not crash them all the time.

3:34 thats NOT a split s, thats just a wingover dive. Split s is an inverting manuever where you are supposed to roll 180 degrees inverted while cruising straight, stay upside down, then pull up complete the second half of a vertical loop. True split s requires 3D flight enabled on a quadcopter, without 3D, there has been another trick thats often labeled as split s by many fpv pilots that is reverse half cuban eight thats diffrence from a split s is that instead of starting in a greater altitude and losing altitude while doing the movement, you have to start the movement at the exact same height, pull up, roll when climbing till you are upside down (you could also chose to do a half corkscrew to gain altitude in a motion that rolls you over upside down) and then you pull up precisely to get the same altitude you started at. This allows non 3D capatable aircraft to execute the move as you can have some upwards momentum at the start of the move and use the gravity to continue going up in your parabolic path of falling while rolling upside down. Both of these moves have in common is 1: you need to go upside down and stay upside down and 2: your heading exiting the move should be 180 degree offset from your heading entering the move. We don't just call every move that involves a moment where you roll, lose altitude and recover using some pitch as a split s.
This is just NOT TRUE! I have both systems and I just cannot get rid of analog. The difference is not as big as people say, and the latency of digital (DJI O3) is ridiculous, to a point that yesterday I lost my Action 4 due to an instant 50mbps --> 4mbps transmission drop that WOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED with analog. THe digital system is more enjoyable in certain ways but for risky scenarios and general fresstyle, analog hands down. Probably you've never used a good analog system with a rush tank and good antennas, not to mension the true diversity devices that make it great. Besides, digital will save you money? Like loosing a 250euro digital system? My guy if you wanna have more subscribers do your homework first to be fair in your analysis. Just my two cents.
Thank you. Straight to the point. I just bought the DJI to scout for fish so I’m just looking to the possibility that it might fall in the water! Thank you.
Does that carry all your mirrorless camera gear too? Trying to find an ideal bag that’ll do both for me. Great channel bro. Really informative and a fun energy. Keep up the great work!
I started with dji and actually rn I don't recommend it. You are locked to their system, if you go any other way you can use any system with external modules. it has noticeable lag when doing fast tricks or going further away. Also digital vtx's and cameras are noticeably more expensive, crashing not an option so you tend to play it safe and stagnate your skill lvl.
- Don't do autosync with Hero 8 and later, it actually shows a warning there that you ignored. It will make it worse - GoPro settings doesn't matter for Gyroflow, you can use 16:9, you can use hypersmooth in camera or anything else. Gyroflow supports all possible shooting modes out of the box
It works on my Avata 2. Without Ham im only reaching 170m distance but when i downloaded and put this on my goggles 3, it reaches until 550m distance in my residence. I'm not too sure if i will get more distance when i used it in rural areas.
Nah... digital is more like your dad's bmw 5 series.. in wich you dont wana crash... but drives smooth.. Analogue is more of a ruffed up driftcar that you don't care when it gets scratches.. you try more because it's less expensive.
Thank you! It was a rookie mistake and one I won’t make again, looking back on it I just wasn’t paying attention and I know I could have done better. But I now know for next time hahahaha. Thank you, really appreciate it!
Yeah at first I was pretty low on the throttle, but as it started to die I rushed it. Bad mistake and it didn’t help in the end. Glad I got it back though!
Yeah, I could have landed in some of those fields, but I tried to get as close as possible and tried to get it onto an open field (about 100ft) from where it crashed. But I obviously didn’t make it, glad the crash didn’t cause any damages, and I’m glad I got it back!
