That singer looks 'just like' this dude named Corey i used to hang out with back in the day. Uncanny resemblance r close enough to call it lol so song name is fitting 😄
Hell yeah ! Also, he's doing an amazing vocal on Never Too Late (on the "STAY ALIVE"), pretty noticeable on the Live at the Palace ! And pretty much other time on Scared and other songs. It's cool to see a video about this !
I thought this video on yt was uploaded years ago like the majority of TDG videos, but being uploaded 1 month ago really makes me happy, cause there's still fans of the old TDG out there!!!! 🔥 🔥
Kyle left years ago to be a full time dad sadly so it's just David left, David basically just make EDM music now this was the very rare occasion where he played Old school stuff, this was released in 2009 I think this song....
Kyle will be always missed, but it was his choice, just happiness for him, Dave still doing it great with the same passion like in 00's, this new guy was a good addition, very dedicated for the project.
Actually I talked to David at a bar one time and he said that since they weren't gonna scream anymore he didn't see the point of having two vocalist (probably a financial choice) and they told the fans it was because he was becoming a father.
I preffer the official music video since it fits the song more imo, but this is cool. I also like that RU-vid recommended this to me on the 20th anniversary of the self titled album.
Who leaked this?! Was this on a special edition dvd? Why didn’t they release both music videos back in the day? In fact, didn’t Kanye West release like 3-4 version of flashing lights?
Since people are asking where I got this video from, I decided to give my interpretation of what happened with the video and where I found it. I found this video from Vimeo (link in the description) while I was looking up information for "Just Like You". I found an article from idobi Radio (again, link in the description) of the group explaining the original concept of the music video: “It definitely reflects the song. It’s all shot in black and white without using black and white film. It’s colour film, but it will be shown in black and white,” Gontier explains lighting a cigarette, “I think it’s gonna be kinda cool, ’cause it’ll take the contrast out of our faces. It’s gonna look like a short horror film.” I'm gonna assume that this video was likely either unfinished or was scrapped because Neil stated that the video was originally gonna have a concept of schizophrenia. As he stated, “It’s a schizophrenic theme. This girl has this doppelganger, this evil twin kinda thing, which represents schizophrenia, and we see the girl wrestling with herself. She arguing with herself in her own head.” However, it's obvious that the group was only present in the music video. The video was originally directed by Kurt St. Thomas, which funny enough, was the same guy who uploaded this video on his Vimeo page. Idk, maybe I'm just looking into it way too much but I found it interesting since I never saw the video until now and thought I'd share it with fellow Three Days Grace fans out there. Anyways, if you read all of my rambling, congrats to you.
