They are taking their time on it. The problem is even with overwatch they still need to do something with that info. 9 out of 10 people banned would be a good thing if that's how many cheaters there are.
It's a system to enable match demo review by trusted partners (players like you and me) with good trust factor, they're allowed to watch demos of suspected cheater and you can tell if they're cheating or not after viewing the demo
