In the first example for Faa indicating the 'illat, will the slave be liable to pay the master? The command was given while he was a slave, so he should have to pay. However, he does not have the capability to do it until after he is free. Does the command last?

Al-سلام عليكم Just a note: In 19:20, perhaps the example is not the best, as ما انفك gives the connotation that the مزنب is not yet free from راجيا.. - It is not 100% the same meaning as ما برح. It means that "the wrongdoer is still hopeful/regretful" (i.e., not yet free from his hope), not only "the wrongdoer continued to be regretful". Thank you! This is very beginner level نحو, so I guess it's not that important, but just a note :)
