The E.SAF alarm message indicates that either the inverter emergency interlock input has been activated or that the circuits of this input have failed. If the safety circuit of the machine is connected to the emergency interlock terminals instead of the factory jumpers, it is necessary to check whether it is in a safe state. If the factory jumpers are in place, then the internal safety circuit of the inverter is most likely faulty and it is necessary to contact the local authorized Mitsubishi Electric service center.
The E.FIN alarm message means that the radiator overheat protection has been triggered. In this case, this triggering was caused by corrosion of the CPU chip terminals. There was no need to completely disassemble the inverter, especially outside the workshop.
sir i am from pakistan and repair the inverter Sir i have problem in one shirt and fourth inverter Err 15 how to remove what part of the card to work on 7.5 kw inverters
When error 7 or error 35 occur and resetting isn't possible, try to re-solder the connections of the cpu pcb in the (red) plastic casing.....This might be a expand-crimp/vibration problem..............
